Really nice hotel in great location

Pros: Fantastic location, friendly staff. A really enjoyable trip. Highly recommended

A very comfortable base from which to explore ancient Rome on foot.

Pros: Room was very comfortable and staff were very helpful in arranging transport for a very early start. Booking process went smoothly. As an Australian used to having a fridge and kettle provided in the room so you can make your own tea, it was nice to find one.

Cons: Finding the hotel was a bit tricky as it wasn't obvious where the entrance was until I realised the hotel started on the fourth floor of what looked like an apartment block. Once I found it, there was no problem.

Pros: The building was a bit out dated from the entrance to the reception. The lift was a bit old fashioned. But the rooms were comfortable for a 2 night stay. Had the basics to have comfortable stay. The staff were very welcoming. We used uber to get around, could have walked but after 20 days in italy, we were all walked out..

Cons: Nothing..

Clean, bright but very basic bare bones hotel

Pros: Location was ten minutes walk from Spagna, at a good price. room had a hot clean ensuite shower and bathroom with bidet and toilet.Very well lit and clean, with excellent lighting in the room. room was also well heated and hot. perfect for a basic one night stay. everything was clean and easy.reception spoke English and is 24 hours. super helpful and polite. room.had a mini fridge but I didn't use it. WiFi was excellent

Cons: externally it was hard to find. it's one of the roman apartment buildings with lots of push buttons, then you enter a long lobby, with scalas - locate scala B with more push buttons then go through another door to a lift that looks like a cage and no signage. go to floor 4 then you reach a floor that is entirely converted to a modern American style hotel! they hand you a heavy key chain and you go to your room . locks are a bit dodgy , they don't lock from.the inside. the outer lock sometimes doesn't work to open the room or is very stiff. in the room is a bed with thin bed cover.(no duvet) . more covers in the wardrobe. no tea /coffee/cups since theres a note saying the power to the room can't handle it. shower was very small and barely fit me in it. it was overall OK. bed was hard and cold with the thin sheet but with the extra sheets it was ok

Great location

Pros: I was extremely satisfied with my stay! The hotel is in a perfect location — right next to Villa Borghese, in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood, yet still in the heart of Rome. Considering the location, the price is very affordable, especially since the space feels luxurious and well-maintained. The rooms were cleaned every day and fresh towels were provided regularly. I would definitely stay here again!

Very enjoyable

Pros: Very helpful staff, quick check in and able to leave bags as we arrived early. Rooms are nicely decorated and clean, with modern bathroom. Great location as plenty of bars/restaurants nearby. Away from the really busy areas, but not a long walk to many main sights. No breakfast available at hotel, but plenty of options from a few paces from the door (with discount card provided by reception), and other options a short walk away. Two taxis arranged by reception for group of 7, great service, thanks.

Pros: Great location. Close to the historical centre. Monuments are walking distance. Great parking just 2 min- outside the LEZ zone 24 hours check in. We arrived around 2 AM and they were very polite and helpful.

Cons: Walls were dirty in some part of the room.

Rome visit

Pros: The location was ideal for either a walk in to the city or the nearby park. The tourist hop on/off bus stop is a 5 min walk away too. Aircon in the room was a relief after a long walk in the heat. Lots of places to eat on the doorstep.

Cons: Advertised as doing breakfast but they don't. Asked to be out between 8 and 2 for room cleaning. (It is flexible)

Hotel posizionato in zona strategica, grandissimo rapporto valore/costo

Pros: Room was very big and location is just perfect I did not need to use any transport I just walked into the city

Cons: Room was not very clean; dust was not removed since a while

Pros: It was in an amazing location; tucked away from the busy city centre but still close by to everything. Felt like I was staying in a real living part of the city rather than a tourist area. The staff were lovely and it felt like a really authentic experience.

Cons: Not too near a metro station but that's a minor inconvenience really.
