Amazing stay, fantastic staff and amenities!

Pros: Our stay at the W Rome was amazing! The team were SO lovely and everyone was extremely accommodating. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome, to help us with everything that we needed and to answer all our questions. Specifically, Mamadou was THE BEST! He is extremely friendly, welcoming and gave us fantastic recommendations. He really went above and beyond, along with the rest of the team. In addition, the facilities are amazing and the hotel is picturesque! Thank you so much to everyone at the W Rome! We will be back soon!

Modern, luxurious and great location

Pros: Modern, luxurious and great location. Close to all attractions and restaurants. Full amenity hotel. Ours was a short stay but would have liked to have enjoyed the bar area and restaurants. Room was super clean. beautiful marble bathrooms and beds very comfy. Staff friendly and professional and alway prepared to help. Highly recommend.

Cons: The pizza restaurant on the roof works strangely. It says it closes at 11 pm. We came at 10 pm - it was already closed...

Pros: Loved the courtyard where we had an amazing breakfast. Loved the small portions of fruit. Very nice food and quick servings.
