Outstanding Stay, Spotless & Family-Friendly
Pros: Absolutely fantastic stay in Rome! The apartment was spotlessly clean, very spacious and incredibly well equipped — everything was provided, even thoughtful details like sewing threads and an ironing board. The place is perfectly adapted for families with children, with lots of space and a very comfortable layout. We truly felt at home from the very first moment. An excellent base for exploring Rome — we would definitely come back and highly recommend this place!

Pros: The apartment is big, modern and clean. You will find 3 bedrooms there, all with kind size beds and 2 bathrooms, both with showers. A great advantage of this property is the location: 2 minutes to the bus stop where you can get to Rome city center (Piazza Venezia) by direct bus line or 10 min to metro station. The kitchen is equipped with everything you may need to prepare dinners or breakfasts: a dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge, pots, plates, coffee machine etc. And what we loved the most: 2 big balconies, one located at the living room' side overlooking the main street, great for evening time with drinks. Second balcony: quiet, overlooking the green trees and green backyard of the apartment. There, at the backyard side all the bedrooms are located as well, far from the noisy street, green trees and birds behind the windows . It was a really perfect location of all the rooms, thus we had calm sleeping and great mornings.
Cons: One minor issue which we thought was temporary but unfortunately caused some mess especially in the mornings: lack of any mirror in one of the bathrooms. It was a little problem for us, ladies once trying to get ready for morning make up,: We had to jump to the 2nd bathroom each time when the mirror was needed. :-) In case of two families and more ladies in the apartment, it was a funny mess sometimes for us :-)

Pros: Huge apartment with spacious rooms, all with large balconies. Two large bathrooms with bidets, washing machine and lots of towels. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need including a dishwasher. A large amount of coffee, tea, garbage bags, dishwasher tablets and more are provided. They greeted us with bottles of cold water in the fridge. Excellent working air conditioners in each room. New bed linen and impeccable cleanliness everywhere. Problem-free communication with Marina and Luca. Both of them are very responsive and caring, they even allowed us to check in earlier because we were with a small child who felt at home. Literally in front of the building, on the street there are bus stops that connect you to the main attractions. Very close there is also a metro station on line A, which connects you to Ciampino airport. Nice building, nice neighborhood, your safety is guaranteed. Excellent experience. Buena elección
Pros: Buena ubicación, fácil llegar al centro, rodeado de servicios, una zona tranquila. La amabilidad y cercanía de Luca en todo momento. Casa muy limpia, comoda para grupos. Recomiendo 100%
Cons: No hay pestillos en las puertas de los dos baños, éramos bastantes y generó alguna situación incómoda.

Pros: Lokalizacja bardzo dobra Blisko przystanek autobusowy z którego można dojechać do wszystkich atrakcji w mniej niż 25 minut.Apartament przy bardzo ruchliwej ulicy.Nam to nie przeszkadzało.Blisko do restauracji,kafejek ,market Todi w pobliżu bardzo dobrze zaopatrzony.100 metrów Macdonald(dla dzieci jakby były głodne🙂)Apartament duży 3 sypialnie 2 łazienki.Pan który nas przyjmował bardzo miły i pomocny.Ogólnie polecam to miejsce
Cons: Mogło być trochę czyściej.Zlewy i brodziki pod prysznicem pozatykane.(Może to dotrze do właściciela i zrobi z tym porządek)
