Pros: From the start, the host was very kind :) The apartment was prepared for our stay, and we felt very comfortable there, like we were at home. There's a small kitchen with basic utensils (too small for me, but most people don't go on vacation to cook). There's a nice balcony, a washing machine, and a TV. The area is full of supermarkets, cafes, pizzerias, and restaurants. The bus stop is right next door.
Cons: Noise from the street and some neighbors can be heard.

Pros: Near the metro and shops. Very comfortable place to stay in. Also, Francesca was really helpful and easy to talk to. She gave us the information that we need whenever we ask some questions regarding our stay. She was really nice. Would stay here again when we go back to Rome.

Exceeded our expectations
Pros: Beautiful and clean apartment, with everything you need. Very good location, close to shops and restaurants. Amenities from the owner, Diego, who, by the way, was very friendly, were a very nice touch.

The apartment was great value for money and despite the bed issue, would recommend Pio Vatican.
Pros: The apartment was well equiped and well laid out. Supplies included coffee, tea and sweet treats as well as a welcome bottle of proseco. The apartment was close to regular buses, supermarkets and cafes/restaurants. It was an easy 25 minute walk to St Peter's Square
Cons: The bedding. The bed squeaked and the pillows were most uncomfortable.

Awesome city, awesome apartment, awesome location – an unforgettable trip!
Pros: We really loved the apartment's interior – it was cozy, comfortable, spacious, and fully equipped. The kitchen had everything needed to easily prepare meals. Location-wise, it's about a 20–30 minute leisurely walk to the Vatican. If walking to the city center feels too far, the place is still very well connected. Communication with the host was flawless – no issues at all. I can 100% recommend staying here.
Cons: I have nothing to add.

Pros: I absolutely loved everything! First of all, the apartment is very welcoming and zen, very spacious and clean, the balcony is sensational, the location is excellent, bus station in front of the building, terraces, pizzerias (one is right on the ground floor of the building ),supermarket, pharmacy nearby. Walking distance to the Vatican is 20 minutes (very close to thr Vatican). We will gladly return to this apartment. Score 10 for the hosts who helped us with a problem created by our fault but they were very communicative and very attentive to our needs.
Cons: we really liked absolutely everything!

Great apartment and hosts!
Pros: Very spacious apartment with everything you need. We were group of 4 that stayed for 4 nights and everything was great. Metro station is 10 minutes walk from the apartment, but there are also a lot of bus stations nearby. The host Diego was very kind. We would definitely stay here again.

Pros: I highly recommend this place. Great equipped apartment, nice and cozy, we didn't miss anything. Very nice lady from the service :) Additionally, ideal location, very close to the Vatican and the center. There is a bus stop under the house from which you can quickly get to the center.
