Pros: Easy place to stay. Comfortable rooms. Clean shower rooms. Good trustworthy people.

Cons: Terrace is a little cramped to make it usable.

Pros: Very convenient and safe location, had everithing we needed, very kind and helpful staff.

Cons: Maybe a view, but this is not a drawback.

If you want a comfortable, clean, spacious, neighbourhood area for a family with a very attentive host this is the place

Pros: Very spacious, lovely decor, two bathrooms, large bedrooms, washing machine, kitchen facilities, large living area, easy access to public transport, was nice to be in a locals neighbourhood away from the hustle and bustle of central Rome, good for kids .

Cons: Extra towels would have been good, some more supplies like laundry capsules and coffee would have saved us buying more.

Pros: Spacious, clean and well equipped apartment. Grocery shop, café, pizza and gellateria on the doorstep , good transport links

Cons: Washing machine-we had to wash our clothes and the washing machine smelled, it may need some maintenance

The stay was lovely but check-in was very uncomfortable

Pros: The place was lovely and spacious with everything we needed for our stay. The owners were wonderful and responded to our questions right away. They even gave us a bottle of Prosecco ❤️

Cons: The concierge was slow to respond and a little aggressive in her communication in person. She seemed to be in a rush and pressured me into a few things which I now regret. The other issue was the personal driver was very late to the Airport, didn't have a sign, and didn't help my mother with her bags - and didn't respond to texts. Both the concierge and the driver seemed surprised and annoyed when my mom's flight was delayed even though they had the flight info. As a result check-in was super uncomfortable and not great communication-wise. The rest of the stay was perfect though.

Pros: Great place. Thank you. We've got a bottle of champaign as a surprise. We've accidentally broken a plate and it was just no problem.

Pros: Spacious - spotlessly clean - comfortable beds - very quiet - great air conditioning - all kitchen equipment you could need. 2 Bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Luisa and Paul were fantastic and were both very informative and helpful. Gave great recommendations for the local area on restaurants and bars . We loved Boris’s restaurant. Accommodation was close to a taxi stop and local buses.

Cons: Nothing we didn’t like. The location is great as long as you don’t mind jumping on a bus or in a taxi to main attractions. However the plus side of doing this is you do get to experience more of the local life and not just all the tourist areas. Certainly a plus when you get to meet such lovely people at the local bar and restaurant- Boris - Food great also !!

Pros: Luisa and Paul are very friendly a their approach is incredible. Very helpful and always prepared to advice. It was my second experience with them and again 100%. Hope to visit Rome in the future and being accomodated in their appartment AGAIN.

Pros: A very good location for exploring Rome, the apartment is great, the owner is helpful, excellent stay, I recommend it.

Relaxing, beautiful apartment in a quiet neighbourhood

Pros: Clean, new furnishings, everything you could need. Extremely friendly owners, full of information. Comfortable beds, a bathroom each, air conditioning. A great place to come home and relax and get a good nights sleep. Safe, quiet area, close to local small shops and restaurants, cafe downstairs.

Cons: A little bit far from the city, if the metro closes you have to get a few buses home which can take a while. But it’s a short walk to the train and buses are right outside. If you don’t mind public transport it’s absolutely fine. You can get your bus/train tickets downstairs
