Friendly host, great location and excellent value for the price

Pros: The apartment was spacious, clean and in a great location. The host was friendly and helpful. An overall excellent value for the price.

Cons: The hot water was sparse and the shower water pressure was low.

Great stay in comfortable and big apartment

Pros: It was all good, the beds are super comfortable, the apartment is big in very nice building. You get two separate bedrooms with two bathrooms, and this is something you don't normally get for that price. It was ideal for my stay with a friend, like we had separate apartments. The owner is very nice and communicates quickly and promptly.

Pros: We spent three wonderful days in this apartment, and everything was just perfect! The place had everything needed for a comfortable stay, from a cozy sleeping area to a fully equipped kitchen. We especially appreciated the convenient location of the apartment: it was easy to reach all the key spots in the city by public transport, which made getting around much easier. We would also like to highlight the hosts — they were incredibly pleasant, friendly, and always ready to help. This made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and well-equipped accommodation!

Absolutnie polecam to miejsce! Duże, przestronne i dodatkowym plusem jest to, że są dwie łazienki.

Pros: Cały apartament był przestronny i miał wszystko to, co potrzeba. Zdała od zgiełku miasta ale jednocześnie blisko. Kontakt z gospodarzem fantastyczny i wszystko przebiegło bezbłędnie ☺️

Pros: Duże i wygodne mieszkanie. Mieszkanie ma swoje lata, ale jest b. zadbane i czyste - łóżka wygodne. Wyposażenie kuchni wystarczające. Właściciel zarekomendował nam też miejsca do posiłków w centrum i w sąsiedztwie. W pobliżu dobry sklep spożywczy Todis z lokalnymi produktami - polecamy ser mozarella na wagę. Niedaleko przystanki komunikacji miejskiej. Naszym odkryciem była ta restauracja na Zatybrzu (25 min autobusem) https://nannarellaroma.it/ oraz tradycyjne lody w centrum https://www.gelateriaromana.com/78-gelateria-roma.php . Pewne niedogodności to niestabilna temperatura wody pod prysznicem (na zmianę woda zimna i goraca) i reguła, że zameldowanie po 20.00 wymaga dopłaty 50 EUR - to trzeba zmienić. Przydałyby się również bardziej flexible warunki rezerwacji, a nie przekładanie całego ryzyka na wynajmujacego. Właściciel bardzo uprzejmy i kontaktowy. Bardzo dobra responsywność.
