Pros: The apartment is wonderfully comfortable. The entrance opens into a room that combines the kitchen and living area. In this room, there is a sofa bed and a dining table with chairs. In addition, there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with a single bed. The kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped. Even the smallest details you wouldn’t think of have been considered. It includes Wi-Fi, TV, refrigerator, freezer, iron, first aid kit, washing machine, dishwasher, hair dryer, and air conditioning. The apartment also features a tasteful design, enhanced with small decorative touches. There is a bus stop right in front of the building, a tram stop within a 7-minute walk, and the train station is a 10-minute walk away. Cleaning and communication with the host were excellent. He asked us every day via WhatsApp if we needed anything. As a family of three, we had a very comfortable 3-day stay.

Good choice for stay in Rome
Pros: It is easy to get to the apartment from Fiumicino by train. Extremely clean, spacious and equipped apartment in Trastevere district. Really comfortable accommodation (the beds and pillows were finally great during the trip), we also liked the Italian way of decorating the apartment. Buses stop in front of the building and take you to the main sights in the city without the need to use the Metro (possible up to 1 transfer). The market is a 5-minute walk away. There are 3 pizzerias in the building where the local population gathers, which has a special charm, and there is also a McDonald's a minute's walk away. The owner is discreet and kind. We stayed with two children (1 and 9 years old) and we would come back again, I recommend it.
Cons: I would rather win the lottery than enter the WI - FI password correctly. In general, the WI-Fi signal was lost and the Internet was weak. The heat in the apartment and the building in general, it will only help if the air conditioner works at night, I would not recommend opening the windows because of the loud noise coming from the street.

Pros: Excellent spacious apartment, 2nd floor, clean, very well equipped with new electric appliances, nice temperature and decoration. Good location, easy transportation to city center (bus and tram 10-15min), easy access to Trastevere area (max 20 min walking through beautiful streets of Rome), 100m from Tevere river, safe, free and easy perking outside the apartment. Very good pizzerias, taverns, cafe nearby. Gentle landlord, gave us the keys, guidance and useful advices, showing interest for us the following days, as well. Good choice!

Pros: Amazing location, clean, big apartment with all, absolutely all necessary facilities for comfortable stay. The bus stop, groceries, restaurants are near. Host is the best ever. Very responsive, attentive and reliable. 100% recommended🤍

Pros: very large and comfortable apartment in a good location, very nice host, comfortable beds and pillows. it was very clean. the apartment was equipped with the necessary equipment to prepare a meal yourself. There was a public transport bus stop right in front of the house.

Family vacation
Pros: Apartment is great, it has everything you need. Kichen is fully equipped with everything you need, beds great for sleeping, location is great. In front of the apartment there are few busses, near is Piramide metro station (several times we walked to it), Trastevere train station is 5 minutes' walk with great link to airport Fiumicino. Near apartment are supermarkets, great bakery, in the building where is apartment there are three pizzerias with great pizzas. Overall, great apartment for staying in Rome :)

A comfortable apartment in a good location.
Pros: An excellent location for the centre of Rome. A clean very comfortable apartment. The host was at the property to show us the apartment and was very helpful.

Rome is a fantastic city.....and the apartment where we stayed was just perfect for us as a family.
Pros: A very friendly person met us on arrival. Communication beforehand had been excellent and helpful. We really appreciated the possibility of a later checkout (because of our luggage), so we were able to view some places on our last morning. For us the apartment was walking distance form all major sites. Overall an excellent stay. We really liked it. PS: some delicious pizzerias on the street. Warmly recommended.
Cons: One of the shutters did not close completely, but the owner was very responsive, and I am sure this will be fixed.
