Pros: Hello, if you are considering booking this place, you can make your decision right away and book it! The flat is located in a gated community and is fully equipped. The kitchen has everything you need, including kitchen utensils, pots, a microwave, an oven, etc. (even coffee, tea, sugar, salt and olive oil). The bathroom has a set of towels, soap and shower gel. The flat is spacious and even equipped with a washing machine, a clothes dryer and an ironing board and iron. There is air conditioning in the kitchen/living room and bedroom, as well as a small balcony. Friendly service and good contact with the owner. Additionally, a great location - most tourist attractions can be reached on foot or by public transport. Close (10 minutes on foot) to the railway station, from which you can easily get to Fiumicino Airport. Overall, a place that I wholeheartedly recommend! :)

Very comfortable, new, good facilities, good location, very helpful host.

Pros: Nice location, close to shops, restaurants and public transport. The flat has all the facilities, it's new and very clean. Good WiFi. I needed help with a few things and they replied and provided help immediately.

Pros: The apartment was very nice and comfortable, with all amenities already present. It was well positioned near multiple supermarkets and easy access to local transport.

Byłoby super, gdyby nie łóżko.

Pros: Ładne, jasne mieszkanie, ciekawie rozwiązane i bardzo dobrze wyposażone. Duże pomieszczenia, wygodna łazienka. Mieszkanie położone blisko mostu przez Tyber, blisko przystanków komunikacji miejskiej i dworca Trastevere. Okna mieszkania wychodzą na duży dziedziniec, więc jest cicho. Na ulicy obok, co niedziela jest największy rzymski jarmark. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja do zwiedzania Rzymu.

Cons: Koszmarnie niewygodne łóżko. Trzeciej nocy przenieśliśmy się na sofę. Potem wzięliśmy cienki materac z sofy i położyliśmy zamiast grubego materaca na łóżku. I dopiero wtedy dało się spać. Materac na łóżku jest nierówny i nie da się na nim wygodnie ułożyć. Brakowało żelu pod prysznic, mydła i szamponu. Kilka jednorazówek to jednak trochę za mało.

Pros: En general todo. Situado en un barrio no turistico, tranquilo y bastante bien comunicado por bus y tren con el centro y zonas interesantes de visitar.

Pros: Fenomenalno osoblje koje je uvijek bilo tu za nas. Dobili smo mnogo jako korisnih informacija o restoranima, supermarketima i svim sadržajima koji se nalaze u blizini. Stan je jako čist i uredan. Krevet je jako udoban. U stanu se nalaze pegla sa daskom, fen, aparat za kafu... Apsolutno je ispunio naša očekivanja. Svima od srca preporučujem ovaj smještaj.

Love this location and the room was excellent

Pros: Great walking location for almost all of Rome. Limited use of taxis and lots of close options for food and needs.

Cons: More towels, napkins/tissues, bed wasn’t great.

We had an excellent stay, and the owners were very responsive when we had questions.

Pros: The amenities within the apartment were great. It was really nice to have a washer and they had a tea pot and coffee maker. We truly loved everything within the apartment. We were very comfortable. The only ask would be to have some wash rags to use with the shower gel. It was also really close to local transportation which is what we used to get into the center of town.
