Pros: Beautifully designed, spotless, and fully equipped apartment in a great location. Well connected to public transport and close to everything, yet pleasantly outside the heavy tourist zones. The area has a lovely local feel with supermarkets, small shops, bars, restaurants, and cafés nearby. A perfect base to enjoy authentic Rome!

Everything was just perfect.
Pros: The location was great, close to the center of the city, just 15 minutes walk. The host was very kind and responsive. The apartment was very cosy and nicely furnished.

Pros: Very well equipped big apartment, the location is right next to the train station and two bus stops that go to the city centre. We were able to check in earlier which is a plus.
Cons: We had a slight problem with the self-check in upon arrival, but that was resolved pretty quickly. It can get a bit noisy due to it’s location next to a larger city road.

A comfortable stay for a small family with good city transportations around
Pros: Not just in the middle of the main interest areas but bus and tram stations are around a corner, some supermarkets are nearby, train station of Trastevere is very close, Apart of historic center otherwise very convinient location. The block is quiet and neat. The appartment is simple of its amenities but has its own charm, kids loved it. Never heard any noise from neighboring appartments or street (except the market day). Pricing was a fair bargain, the flat totally worth it,
Cons: Some more kitchenware would be nice, but all essentials are there.

Nice and easy.
Pros: Modern, industrial, original design, very well occupied. Very friendly owner. There is an elevaton in the building. Easy to find and to exprole the city by bus, tram or train. Close to the fabulous centre of Trastevere. Close to a very nice traditional maritozzi bakery with coffee for breakfast!
Cons: Somehow low flow of water at the shower and the same at the toiloet flush. Maybe that should be fixed. Just keep in mind that on Sunday mornings there is a market on the street (balcony side)- no problem with that, just don't park there if you move by car!

Lo recomiendo 100 %. Súper cómodo.
Pros: todo excelente. Ubicación, trato del propietario, distribución del depto, camas cómodas (incluso los sofás), muchos utensilios de cocina, lavarropa, balcón amplio para colgar la ropa mojada, seguridad de la zona. A la vuelta tiene un súper, mc Donalds, el metro, el bus. Realmente vale la pena. Súper cómodo.
Cons: Respetan el horario de ingreso y egreso. Lo único, por el tema de las valijas. Detalle mínimo.
