Good value for money in a nice neighbourhood

Pros: Location was perfect, in a quiet area where locals live, free croissants, coffee and tea provided even though the breakfast was not included in the price, very nice host, daily cleaning, clean bedsheets, good shower pressure and temperature, very good value for money, quiet and private as only 3 rooms in total

Cons: The mattress on one bed was bended, so wasn’t fully comfortable to sleep, a bit run down room, cleaning could be improved, dust noticeable, there was construction noise upstairs from 8 am but we were outside the whole day, so it didn’t impact out stay

Clean, handy, comfortable family stay in nice part of Rome

Pros: Very handy location to St Peters Basilica and many restaurants, spacious room for family of four, gracious host, shared small kitchen for guests, everything clean and well maintained, online pictures matched experience, small balcony a bonus, quiet (minimal road noise), air conditioned

Cons: Limited breakfast food options(pastries only), no staff onsite day we arrived(arrived at lunchtime on a Saturday) - would have liked chance to have opportunity to ask questions etc and meet host

Pros: This accommodation was spotless. The owner gave me perfect instructions on getting into the building and also provided fresh croissants each morning even though we didn't book breakfast. The coffee was also amazing. The location was just off St. Peters mall, which was perfect for us. On check out day, we were able to leave our bags in the kitchen and still explore Rome as our flight was not until 11 pm The building itself is a perfect, authentic Italian building with a very old, beautiful lift. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay again. Thank you to Luca, the host.

Great place if you stay couple days in Rome

Pros: Nice room. Clean every day. Everything we need was there. Croissants in the morning and coffee machine was great bonus. Excellent location - close both to Vatican as well as City center and key sightseeing points. Bus stop close by. Luca the host was helpful and shared key information very effectively. All great.
