Great host, great location, great pillows.

Pros: Exceptional location. It was very silent yet super central. Less than a mile away from Vatican and other great sights. The host was super kind.

Cons: There could have been a little more variety in the breakfast. But otherwise nothing to complain.

Pros: I had a truly wonderful 7-day stay at this lovely B&B in Rome. Raffaella was an exceptional host – warm, welcoming, and always polite, she immediately made me feel at home. The room was very comfortable and everything was spotless, including the shared bathroom, which was always clean and well equipped. The location is absolutely top – just a short walk from the Vatican, St. Peter’s Basilica, and Castel Sant’Angelo. Great restaurants and shopping are close by, and the internet connection was excellent throughout my stay. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience – thank you, Raffaella, for your hospitality. Highly recommended!

Clean, hospitable, great value

Pros: A large and comfortable room, lots of storage place. Shard bathroom was not an issue. Everything very clean. The host very warm and welcoming. Good location - residential area but close to the Vatican and to shopping/restaurants.

Cons: It was hot. The host brought a ventilator which was great, but I think it might not suffice in the height of summer. Otherwise, it was really great.

Pros: I felt welcomed and felt wonderful. the host is very attentive nearby is the vatican and also the metro line. on street away was the bus 492, it goes to the historical city center. the house has a spacious bathroom and the room is big. you have a shared fridge in the living room.

Pros: Very clean large room, shared bathroom was clean and had good facilities. The host, Rafaela was extremely welcoming and made us feel at home!

Great home-like stay

Pros: Rafaella is an excellent host, she is kind, caring, thoughtful, great conversation, she is interested in always helping and making your stay a great experience. Honestly, this is one of the best places I've ever stayed - more than a B&B, this feels like someone receiving you as a friend at their own place, which makes a great experience. Facilities were also in perfect conditions.

My stay was perfect. Raffaella was a wonderful hostess.

Pros: The breakfast was just right with fresh coffee with warm milk and choice of cereal , fruit , yoghurt and juice. Also croissants and toast was on offer. The location was perfect with only a ten minute walk to St.Peters square. The nearest Metro station was about a five minute walk and all types of eateries and grocery shops were even closer. The shuttle bus to the airport was only a five minute walk so the location really is perfect.

Cons: I must say that this is one of the best accommodations on the booking.com platform that I have stayed at and I have no complaints at all about this property.

Another perfect stay with a delightful host in wonderful apartment ❤️

Pros: This was my second stay at Rafaella’s apartment, which is easy to find, in a safe neighbourhood. The apartment is scrupulously clean and your room gets thoroughly cleaned daily. Please don’t let the shared bathroom put you off booking. In the rare event that the guest bathroom is in use Raffaella tells you to use her personal bathroom. Great selection of continental breakfast items. Vatican City is a mere 7 minute walk and attractions such as the Colosseum is a pleasant 40 minute walk. However, there is a nearby Metro if you don’t fancy walking and taxis very close to hand. Great shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance. Nothing is too much trouble for this lovely host who also makes the best cappuccino.,

Pros: Rafaella is a lovely woman who welcomed me and gave good insight of where to go and how to get there... area is safe and clean

Cons: The location is near the Vatican City and a castle but There is 30-50 min a walk to the main attractions.
