Perfect , peaceful stay right near busy Vatican

Pros: Spacious and super clean Room with adjacent kitchen shared with one other room. Recently renovated with very nice ensuite. Loved how clean and quiet it was - good soundproofing inside and out. Value for money considering its location. Owner is very friendly and helpful.

Cons: Check in communication was with a third party and agreeing to a specific arrival time was quite unpleasant. Messages were not responded ito accurately, and vice versa the owner’s messages didn’t get returned to us. Long story short, the owner met us as we got there, but had been rushing because he had been expecting us one hour later. Since he was very friendly, and it hadn’t been his fault we don’t want to reduce our score. We recommend though to ask for his direct contact to avoid misunderstandings.

Pros: The apartment was very clean and smell amazing. Giuliano Traversetti helped us a lot,thanks for him. Bus station is infront of the building which is very useful. Building is at the Vatican center. You can walk to all touristic areas if you wish . Breakfast is 50 meters away at very fancy cafe and enough. If we come to Rome again, definately will stay at the same apartment.

New, clean, top location.

Pros: Very kind host. Everything is new and clean. Regular cleaning service. Host allowed us to store laguage after checkout, until 5 p.m. great location with good neighbourhood and public transportation. There is also kitchen, which is serving 2 rooms, but other room is very good insulated and doors to room are secure and proper.

Great location, Gorgeous Base & Great Host

Pros: The apartment was lovely - very clean and comfortable with a modern bathroom and great shower. The location was excellent, but not only for the Vatican museums and St Peter’s Basilica but it is a short walk away from the metro and only 6 stops to Termini, Rome’s main train station and from there you can access all the attractions fir only 1.50 euros for 90 minutes. The host, Giuliano, was so kind and helpful to us, helping us from the airport and showing us around. I would definitely recommend this place; we thoroughly enjoyed our time in Rome with a great base.

Wszystko nas zachwyciło, zdecydowanie polecam :)

Pros: Cudowne miejsce zarządzane przez bardzo miłego właściciela. Wszystko na najwyższym poziomie, bardzo przemyślane wnętrze, świeże i super czyste :) Okolica bardzo przyjemna przy samym przystanku autobusowych. Ogromnie polecamy :)

Soluzione completa, consigliatissima

Pros: Tutto, iniziando dall'accoglienza del signor Giuliano, pronto a dare tutte le indicazioni sull'alloggio e sulla posizione. La casa è pulitissima, nuovissima, completa di tutto. Se dovessi tornare a Roma, sicuramente riprenoteremo qua. La posizione è top, vicino al Vaticano e con dei mezzi che da sotto casa ti portano in centro.
