Pros: Good location, near Vatican and the metro station. The staff were great, very friendly and helpfull. The room was clean, they cleaned it every day. Everything was great, i have nothing to complain!

Good location room convenient for short stays near the Vatican

Pros: Great location steps away from the Vatican entrance, rooms were clean and staff very friendly and accommodating. Basic amenities and breakfast

Cons: Some of the beds had been replaced whilst others had not and sunk in the middle. This was a little annoying on the double bed (two single beds put together) as one was firm and one was really soft.

I would definitely stay here again!

Pros: I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay somewhere not too crowded! The staff were absolutely lovely and kind. The bedrooms weren’t very big, but they were really nice and clean. I loved everything we received! Really close to the Vatican and bus stops, taxis.

The stay was really comfortable, the hosts were so welcoming and helpful with everything, I can’t praise them more they

Pros: It was easy to find great location impressive entrance lift to the floor

Cons: I liked everything except I didn’t get any shower gel, just shampoo and conditioner. I couldn’t ask for any when I realised there was non as the host had already left the day. The next day I just went and bought my own.

Excellent, Bravo, and Graci.

Pros: Hotel was very clean, room was spacious with powerful air condition plus with veranda. Very nice breakfast. Toilet was clean and big. Location was very near 3-4 minutes walk to Vatican, Basilica nice Italian shops, buses and etc. A huge thank you to Luisa our host Jobelle and the rest of her staff were very friendly helpful and with excellent customer service. I have enjoyed my stay at the Vatican Relais and I definitely would like to come back and of course will highly recommend Vatican Relais hotel to my family, friends and colleagues. Again Thank you very much for the wonderful hospitality service.
