Pros: Sehr schöne Wohnung in einem ruhigen Viertel. Gute Bus Anbindung,war in ca. 45 Minuten in der Stadt. Bus fahren ist billig in Rom und total einfach.

Cons: Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig.

Pros: Appartamento molto accogliente,pulito e attrezzatissimo,situato in zona tranquilla e con tutte le comodità,un supermercato,bar e una apprezzatissima birreria 😉. In auto non distante dal centro. Host molto disponibile,gentile e socievole. Consigliato per chi vuole la comodità di un piccolo appartamento max 4 persone.

Pros: mi è piaciuto tutto! Dalla disponibilità della proprietaria alla pulizia e la cura dei dettagli dell'appartamento. Abbiamo trovato all'interno dell'appartamento anche tutto il necessario per fare colazione con un vasto assortimento di brioches e biscotti vari oltre a tisane e macchinetta del caffe'. Super consigliato

Pros: Az ingatlan gyönyörűen felújított, nagyon kényelmes. Monica nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt. Az apartman nagyon tiszta, kényelmes és jól felszerelt. Ha Róma, akkor csak a Pica's House 😍

Pros: Struttura che supera le aspettative date dalle foto, finemente ristrutturata e curata nel minimo dettaglio, la signora Monica è un host eccezionale, gentile puntuale e pronta a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Appartamento molto pulito confortevole e accessoriato, abbondante colazione che soddisfa ogni gusto, prosecco di benvenuto graditissimo e inaspettato. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.
