Pros: We had a confortable accomodation in Massimo's spacious apartament. Even though we were 7 persons, we had plenty of intimacy with the 3 bathrooms provided and big bedrooms. The area is a bit far from the city center but with the scooters rented it was a pleasure to make our way back to the apt everytime. The neighborhood is lively and we found here one of the best restaurants we tried so far. Fatti di Farina. It's a must. Very close to our accomodation. I have to mention Massimo disponibility, who gave us solutions for everything we asked for, including to drop our lugagges before the check in time, since we were by scooters. It really makes your day. I highly recommend this accomodation.

Pros: Nice touch from the host with helping us with the check-in and giving us a bottle of red as welcome in the house. Great to have a dryer together with washing machine.

Amazing host and great value for money
Pros: We booked this property for a group of 8 at a discount. Our host, Massimo, was outstandingly hospitable, polite and friendly, quickly answering all of our texts and helping us with everything we needed. The apartment was spacious. There were enough beds for everyone and generous storage spaces both in the bedrooms and in the hallway. The three bathrooms were well-equipped, all with the same amenities. The apartment had central heating, so hot water was available at all times. There were plenty of towels, two hairdryers, a washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board. The kitchen area was small but offered all the necessary appliances, tools, and kitchenware, including a dishwasher. The location was very convenient, even though the property was not located near city center, there is direct transfer to the main train station Termini by tramway and the nearest subway station is less than 10 minutes away by foot. The Carrefour grocery store across the street is open 24/7.

Pros: Everything was fine. Massimo helped us with everything. Check-in and check-out were very easy. There were plenty of shopping opportunities nearby. I recommend the corner cafe to everyone, you can get very good coffee there and, by the way, it is the cheapest coffee in town. We used the bus and the tram, both of which had a stop right next to the accommodation. Special thanks to Massimo, because we arrived earlier than expected, but he arranged for us to check in earlier.

Pros: The host was very interested and helpful in everything. It was very easy to find the house and get in. It's a very secure building. The house was really clean and comfortable. Although the location seems far from the city center, it is very easy to go to the city center by train passing through the street.

Pros: Bardzo wygodny i czysty apartament. Dużym udogodnieniem są 3 łazienki. Bardzo dobre połączenie z centrum i głównymi zabytkami. Przystanek obok budynku. Dużo sklepów w pobliżu 🙂

Excelente apartamento para família, perto de serviços e transportes.
Pros: Simpatia do anfitrião. O Sr. Massimo forneceu informação muito detalhada sobre serviços, restaurantes, gelatarias, supermercados, etc., de forma muito precisa. Esteve sempre disponível para tudo o que precisássemos. Também foi muito fácil localizar o apartamento e obter os códigos para o acesso a este, graças às suas explicações e vídeo.
Cons: Nada a referir.

Pros: 깨끗하고 친절했습니다. 위치도 좋았고 가까운데 대형마트가 있어서 숙소에서 음식을 해먹는것도 쉬웠습니다. 타올과 침구가 깨끗해서 편안했어요. 수압도 적당해서 좋았습니다
Cons: 셀프 체크인이 처음이라 들어갈때 조금 힘들었습니다.

Sueño cumplido!!
Pros: Hemos estado 7 personas, para cumplir el sueño de nuestra tía abuela de 89 años y ha sido una estancia perfecta! Massimo ha estado atento en todo momento, incluso nos proporcionó un conductor para nuestra llegada y nuestra vuelta... Está bastante bien comunicado, las camas cómodas, mucho espacio, aire acondicionado en todas las estancias, todos los extras y bastante limpio. Han sido 4 noches perfectas!!
Cons: Nada, ha sido un viaje fácil y muy feliz!

Pros: Ampio appartamento, pulito, 3 bagni utilissimi per noi che eravamo in 8. Molti negozi sotto casa per comprare l'indispensabile.
Cons: Lontano dal centro. Per chi arriva in auto è molto difficile trovare parcheggio. C'è un garage privato vicino, ma accettava solamente macchine piccole. Consiglierei di aggiungere strofinacci per la cucina (ce n'era solo 1) e sacchetti per l'immondizia (ce n'era solo 1)
