Great people, great expereince, just felt the check in process was to stricked.

Pros: Breakfast was wonderful, the place was extra clean, the owners worked extra hard on making sure we had a ride to the air port on the final day. Make sure you book as early as possible ride to airport

Cons: only one thing I did not like, the place gave us warning about checking in after 10pm there would be a extra charge. We gave them plenty of notice we would arrive just before 10. We actually arrived at 9:55, however by the time we checked into our room and went throw the introduction to the room it was 10:10 and because of this they charged a late check in fee. I felt we gave all the warnings in the world, worked really hard to get there before 10pm and we were still charged. If we new we were going to be charged anyway we would have arrived later as it did not matter.

Pros: Fantastic location, close to Vatican, 10 mins to metro lovely restaurants nearby

Nice apartment, great location, amazing hosts.

Pros: The hosts are very hospitable and genuinely interested to make the guests feel as comfortable as possible. Guido has provided me with more information about Rome than my guides.

Cons: The pressure of water from the bathroom sink is too strong.

Pros: Fantastic location and excellent room. Hosts went out of there way to make sure we had all we needed. A big thank you to Ricardo for welcoming us.

Cons: Everything was very good.

Great location for vatican

Pros: Perfect location for the vatican visit. Well contained little flat with evrything needed, free coffee and groceries, plastic breakfast laid out.

Pros: 사장님 친절하시고 따수우셔요! 요청사항이나 질문사항 있으면 성심성의껏 답해주십니다 🫶🏼 위치도 좋아서 바티칸은 물론 완전 코앞이고 로마시내도 걸어서 삼십분이면 가니까 편했어요. 시설도 전반적으로 깔끔하고요. 동네에 맛집이며 이것저것 많아서 좋았습니다!

Cons: 아침식사가 직접 만들어주시는건 아니고 미리 준비해주시는거에요. 그래서 따뜻한 아침식사는 아니긴 하지만 그래도 뭐 충분히 훌륭합니다! 빨래는 길거너 바로앞에 세탁소에서 1킬로에 8유로라도 해서 들고갔더니 결국 40유로 나왔네요...ㅠㅠ 바가지 쓴 느낌... 민박집 사장님께 확인을 좀 해보고 갔으면 달랐으려나 싶긴 한데ㅜ 암튼 여기 묵으시는분들 참고하시라고 남겨봅니다

Next time I go to Rome, I will be staying here again. Highly recommend

Pros: The location was excellent, nearby to many of the famous sites around Rome and Vatican City- even better was how comfortable, and clean the property was- and even better than that was Guido, the host of the property! He is so knowledgeable and really made our trip to Rome so much better

Cons: Honestly, there were nothing we didn’t love about this place
