Cozy and relatively affordable

Pros: Good amenities (provided almost everything we needed), cozy, value for money, quite spacious for 4 individuals

Cons: Can be noisy at night due to the traffic, but tolerable (we were out for most of the day), shower cubicle is quite cramped, the toilet seat was abit finnicky, sofa beds weren't the most comfortable (subject to height of individual)

Pros: Safe gated community, close to shop, restaurants, train station. About 35 minutes walk to Piazza Navona, 40 minutes walk to the Colosseum. Great communication with the owner. Delicious coffee available in the apartment.

Cons: The entrance to the shower cabin could be a little bigger. Apart from that, a really nice, atmospheric apartment. 😊

Good value for money

Pros: Everything is good, an apartment is comfortable and clean. It has everything you need.

Cons: Shower entry and size can be an insurmountable problem for large people.

Pros: It is a nice apartment, has most things you might need for a short stay - pots, plates, cutlery, olive oil, salt, coffee, event pastry for the first day:) we liked the location, not in a touristy area, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants nearby. There is a Sunday clothes/flea/random stuff market on the street which was a surprise for us. Communication was quick and clear.

Cons: The wall between the bathroom and bedroom is thin and you get to listen to the pipes and water running quite loudly. Didn't really bother us though. There is also no washing machine, also wasn't a problem for us.

A nice and clean place, in a calme and friendly neighborhood if you are okay with a bit more walking.

Pros: It was clean, had a nice amount of space and friendly neighbors. The appartement has all the facilities you need for a shorter stay in Rome (except a wine opener).

Cons: The only thing I can think of is that the entrance door on the first floor was a bit hard to open with the keys.

Určitě bych se sem znovu vrátila. Apartmán byl čistý a vybavení dostačující.

Pros: Ubytování má super lokalitu, není tak daleko od centra. Dostačující vybavení kuchyňky.

Cons: Záchod - špatně upevněné prkénko a záchod celou dobu protékal.

Pros: Posizione strategica, appartamento comodo e dotato di tutti i comfort, host molto disponibile. Super consigliato!

Esperienza nel complesso piacevole e positiva

Pros: Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. L'appartamento si trova in un'ottima posizione per raggiungere il centro di Roma con i mezzi pubblici. Ci sono tutti i comfort necessari per un breve soggiorno.

Cons: Istruzioni per il check-in e il check-out arrivate in ritardo. All'arrivo pioveva e non sapevo ancora esattamente in quale palazzina andare e come entrare. Contatti con l'host solo per messaggi. Forno a microonde sporco e con briciole. Polvere dietro al comodino. Copriwater e un'anta della doccia rotti. Peccato perchè sono piccole cose che però sono importanti.

Pros: Lokalizacja, blisko sklepy, przystanki którymi z łatwością można dotrzeć do centrum.

Cons: Woda która przelewała się z klimatyzacji ale to drobny minus
