nice clean apartment, great location
Pros: Great apartment, spacious, clean and well decorated. Great location, fabrizio is very kind and helpful. The jacuzzi is very nice, especially after a lot of walking through the streets of Rome.
Cons: There are two small things that marred the wonderful experience: it was early March, the apartment was very cold, the air conditioners and heating only work on a timer, which doesn't always help when you need the heating. In addition, the toilet and shower in the room have no ventilation device, and you can't open the windows for air exchange. There are many windows in the room (an original balcony that was closed) but there are no blinds and the curtain was too short, so it was difficult to sleep in the morning with the sunrise. You need to put up a blackout curtain to give a pleasant feeling.

Simply wonderful
Pros: Staying at this flat in Rome was fantastic. It's centrally located, making it easy to explore the city. The building has a lift, which was very convenient since the flat is on the 2nd floor. The flat was spotless, well-kept, and the mattresses were super comfy. The stylish decor made it feel cozy and welcoming. Knowing it was once Federico Fellini's studio from 1964 to 1970 added a magical touch. Visiting the beautiful Spanish Steps and enjoying aperitivo on rooftops overlooking Rome were highlights of our stay. The flat's wonderful vibe made our stay perfect and filled with unforgettable memories.
Cons: Everything was wonderful!

Pros: Amazing place and super central. Everything was within walking distance so we could visit all the main attraction easily. The apartment is exceptional, brand new, well furnished and clean and has everything one could even wish. The host is very friendly and responsive and was ready to welcome us on the day and very helpful when we needed information ir anything really. The best place for the best first time visiting Rome. Would definitely stay again.

Pros: I forgot to take pictures, but everything is perfect. The decoration of the house is brand new, clean and spacious, with many interesting designs, perfect houses, and a warm-hearted landlord!!! The geographical location is very good, and all the facilities are available. I can feel the care of the landlord. I recommend everyone to stay~

Beatufiul experience
Pros: Beautiful apartment in the city center. Everything is very close, half an hour walk. The apartment is on the second floor but the building has an elevator so that's not a problem, perfectly clean and nice, two bedrooms, two separate bathrooms with toilet, living room and kitchen. The content, cleanliness of the apartment and the kindness of the host Fabrizio for an excellent score of ten. We will repeat the experience

Beautiful apartment in great location
Pros: Beautiful apartment in great location about 5 mins from top of Spanish steps in one direction and 10 minutes from Trevi Fountain in other direction. Just round the corner from the metro. We booked it for location as we have been to Rome a few times and find this area is best for walking to all the major attractions. The host was brilliant with instructions to get in to the apartment. It was spotlessly clean and all of the furnishings are high spec. Beds were really comfortable. Two bathrooms with one en-suite and the lovely spa bath. The kitchen is small but well equipped. We didn’t cook any meals though as no need when so many lovely restaurants nearby.

Highly recommended! A little taste of la dolce vita in Roma!
Pros: The host Fabrizio was warm and friendly. The accommodation was spacious, immaculately clean, and tastefully decorated. It was centrally located minutes away to many landmarks such as the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, and Pantheon. We will definitely stay here again given the chance.
