Great place for exploring Rome

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay here! 😊 The place is cozy, very clean and has a lovely Italian vibe. Even though we only spent a few hours sleeping there between our walks, it still felt very comfortable. The location is a huge plus – everything is within easy reach by tram or bus, but we mostly walked, as most of the sights are close by. 🙌 The neighborhood is quiet, with friendly neighbors. Overall, a great stay – highly recommended!

A Fabulous Family Stay

Pros: A very comfortable apartment, in a fabulous location. It was so accessible to all the sights of Rome using the tram which was only 5 minutes walk away. Would definitely recommend this to other travellers including family groups (our children are 8 and 11 years old). The host was very friendly, contact was informative - giving clear details for how to find the apartment and key - and a lovely selection of food and drink treats to greet us.

Cons: The only very minor things were that the shower head was a bit leaky and the hairdryer provided could do with being replaced, but nothing which would spoil the enjoyment of using this apartment.

Pros: It's a great little one bedroom apartment in Trestavere. It's a vibrant area and the apartment is in a nice, quiet building. Don't be discouraged by lack of the metro station nearby - the area is very close to the historic city centre and it's super easy to get there by tram. Trestavere itself is a historic area with plenty of incredible cafes and restaurants and tours to do. We had a great experience altogether and the host was the most helpful person I've ever encountered on booking. Answered all questions and made check-in easier than ever. Would recommend and stay again!

Pros: I recently had a delightful stay at an apartment in Rome, Italy. The location was fantastic, offering easy access to iconic landmarks. The apartment itself was clean, well-maintained, and tastefully decorated. The host was incredibly accommodating and easy to check in. Highly recommend this charming apartment for a comfortable and immersive stay in the heart of the Eternal City.

Great apartment close to all the sights

Pros: Trastavere House is a lovely comfortable basement apartment for two people and in a great location. Very close to all the major attractions in the city centre. You can walk or take the bus of which there are many. Would definitely stay here again!

Pros: La ubicación es fantástica para explorar Trastevere, ir caminando a los puntos más turísticos o desplazarse en tren y tranvía. Hay cerca todo tipo de servicios, tiendas, restaurantes y bares. Volvimos de noche varias veces y nos pareció una zona segura en general. Nos dejaron dos botellas de agua en la nevera y habia cosas como sal, azúcar, arroz y aceite de girasol que se habían dejado otros huéspedes.

Cons: El piso es un sótano, así que hay muy poca luz natural. El equipamiento en la cocina es escaso: no hay sacacorchos ni abridor de botellas ni cafetera (sí hay jarra de cafetera, pero no la máquina). Los raíles de la mampara de la ducha necesitan una pasada con lejía. Y la comunicación con el host ha sido inestable: me escribió antes de la estancia con una oferta alternativa, pero todavía estoy esperando a que me responda a los mensajes del último día sobre el pago de la tasa turística que le dejé sobre la mesa.

Pros: Nos alojamos 3 personas y el espacio estaba bien distribuido.

Cons: Que tiene poca cobertura pero por suerte el alojamiento tiene wifi así que no fue un problema
