Nice and cozy family apartment

Pros: The apartment was cozy and clean and in a good location. All dealings with the staff were good and clear

Cons: The fact that there is only one bathroom is a disadvantage when it comes to a family. The beds and the pull-out couch could be newer and more comfortable. In addition, neighbors in nearby apartments had parties in the evening and there was a lot of noise

Pros: A lovely flat and very good communication from our host - parking was essential for us and it was very safe and secure. Locating the flat and check in was made easy by clear directions - all good.

Cons: We did find a rather large leak but this was dealt with very efficiently and effectively by our host and clearly not something that would ever normally happen - it was just one of those things!

Easy location for trying local food and seeing the sights of Rome!

Pros: Great location and close to bus routes. Clean apartment and it had everything we needed. Easy to contact owner via WhatsApp and they gave clear instructions for getting the keys.

Cons: Beds were a little bit firm but fine for a few nights, and shower dial was a bit sensitive so easy to be too hot. Only improvement we would suggest is having mirrors in the bedroom to make it easier to get ready in the mornings as there is only 1 in the hallway.

Lovely apartment in Rome

Pros: Great location, lovely apartment, house was so helpful. Couldn’t recommend more!

Cons: It was perfect! Though we did notice ants on the third day of our visit but couldn’t fault it otherwise. Also, there was no ‘living room’ per se - the sofas were just left in the third bedroom.

Pros: Big apartment, well equipped, lots of space, nice AC, super good & quiet location. Carpark space is a luxury, nice arrangement of automatic coded doors, swift check in

Cons: Leaving 10am is 'tight', 2nd shower is small, netflix was not working... But dismissable all good.

Pros: It is in a very good location close to restaurants, tram and bus stops. It is comfortable for 7 people (2 couples and 3 children). Vincenzo, the owner, was very helpful.

Cons: The house is old, but partially renovated. Several things need repairing, especially the 2 toilets. The wifi does not have a good signal throughout the house (in the 2 bedrooms and in the kitchen it does not work at all).
