Loved it but upset by people's lack of respect
Pros: Very stylish inside and had daily service of clean towels bedding etc
Cons: We had dreadful neighbours! Friday and Sunday night they had a screaming party until 3in morning!! Sounded like kids and grown ups so should know better.

Pros: Four of us, sisters and a friend, stayed in the Royal apartment for three nights. Everything was as we agreed with the staff, transfer, check in and luggage deposit. Location is great, one of the rooms is overlooking the fountain. The apartment is comfortable and clean. It consist of two rooms and two bathrooms, it is spatious and bright. It was maintained daily, the heating was great and we had all that we needed. The staff are very polite and responsive, and we had we needed for our stay. We also booked transfer with them and all went smoothly. we really enjoyed it, the smaller adaptations are needed, and I warmly recommend it in order to make it excellent.
Cons: The check in policy is a bit tricky, the free check in is available until 20:00h, after that there are additional fees, and after 01:00h the check in is not available. So if your plain is delayed it could be the problem. The lighting could be better, example. side bed lights for reading could be added, otherwise if you do not need to read, or read from kindle, it is ok. Another thing that is missing was closet or something for clothes disposal in the room, although it is available in the hall for all four guests. It would be easier and more suitable for example two couples traveling together. The smaller room do not have a view, but anyways there is a plenty of view in Rome, you are just sleeping there :-) The size of the bead could be a little bit bigger in this room for two adults, it is fold-able sofa with sponge mattress, which is not very comfortable. Burt all these are really smaller issues.

Pros: The room had ample of space to unpack and keep our things. It had a nice sofa area next to the bed. Bathroom was huge and spacious. I was there in November and heating was great to keep the place warm and cozy. Daily cleaning was provided. Great location, a couple of minutes walk to Trevi and right next to Barberini metro! Would definitely stay here if I'm in Rome again!
Cons: There was nothing I didn't like. Some small additions to make the stay better, like perhaps a small coffee table next to the sofa would have made it easier to consume food indoors. Provision of mineral water bottles daily would have also helped give the place a hotel feel at an affordable price. Aside from that, no major complains really.

Magnificent and luxurious stay in Rome
Pros: Looks exactly like the pictures. Massive penthouse suite with very high ceiling. Location was perfect, so close to every major landmark. Definitely well kept!
Cons: No matter how hard we tried, water kept coming out of the shower doors when we showered, but towels helped.

would stay here again
Pros: Great location, close to sighseeing points and Metro. Also a good area to grab food if you didn´t want to go far.
Cons: The second room should have propper beds not a couch. The cleaning was not done on all the days we asked for the room to be cleaned. Elevator was not working properly

Beautiful apartment, Superb Location.
Pros: We were in the Junior Suite which was exactly as pictured. Beautiful room with plenty of space, an outside terrace and super large bathroom. Eduardo, the agent, was promptly available to check us in and very helpful. The location was excellent - very central to all the local sights and historical attractions - 8/10 mins walk from Pantheon and Trevi Fountain - local metro service just across the road - buses and taxis easily available. Lovely shops and cafes around the square - fabulous cake shop just below at street level :o) The Suite itself was very secure, accessible by the lift and a lovely view out onto the Piazza Barberini with its gorgeous fountain. Nice to have a kitchen with all accessories, sink, fridge, cutlery, dishes, kettle, coffee maker. Local shop/small supermarket only 100 yards away to the right on the same side of the road with good selection of breads and food.
Cons: It would have been a nice gesture to have tea/coffee/milk/sugar provided after long journey (only 3/4 coffee pods, no sugar and a rhubarb and liquorice tea bag !). Just a few niggles (snags list !) really but The kitchen sink was a little untidy and needed proper sealer fixing around it. The shower door leaked a little as the drip strip kept detaching; one of the bathroom sinks was wonky.
