The staff and the location made our stay. I recommend this hotel ❤️

Pros: The staff is amazing. So nice and helpful , especially in the reception. The location is great and the room was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good.

Cons: The air conditioning mode is pre fixed and locked. The temperature was too hot and the window was locked. They offered to change the room but it was our last night so we declined.

Would highly recommend for location and service

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff always on the desk and at breakfast. Double classic room was small but really well laid out. Breakfast every morning was great with lots of options and great cappuccino made by the staff. The location is great for seeing all the sites in Rome as well as bus connections to the Vatican and a short walk to the Termni

Fantastic location and a nice little hotel. Recommended.

Pros: The location was excellent. Walking distance to most of the main attractions. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, quiet and the shower good.

Cons: The only thing I can think of is that the air conditioning didn't seem to work very well. The room was a little warm overnight but not too bad.

Comfortable and good hotel for family stay

Pros: Clean and neat hotel with good breakfast. Nearby attractions.

Cons: Lift lobby is not near checkin, missing ramps and hence luggage need to carry few steps, staff helps to carry though.

Very nice and clean small hotel in the middle of everything

Pros: Fantastic location, everything is within walking distance of the hotel. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and our cleaning lady was so nice. Breakfast was amazing especially the cherry pie which was so delicious and freshly baked every morning along with a variety of other phenomenal pastries. One of the best breakfasts for a hotel of this size. Delicious coffee every morning..

Cons: Design of our room was quite uncomfortable - sink was in the room instead of being in the bathroom (like in photos), no proper bathroom door just a glass one which can’t be locked.. nowhere to sit in the room- just a single uncomfortable low chair. Luckily there’s a lot of sitting space around the hotel and a great rooftop bar which doesn’t operate during winter but it’s open so you can sit very comfortably and enjoy the weather.

A great hotel in the heart of Rome.

Pros: The hotel was excellent. We arrived early but the reception staff were more than happy for us to leave our luggage whilst we explored the city. The room was spacious, very clean and quiet with slippers, toiletries, toothbrushes etc. Breakfast was great. A very good selection of hot and cold buffet, yoghurts, cereals, fruit and cakes. The service was great from start to finish.
