Pros: Nearly faultless. Great staff, perfect location, super clean, everything catered for. Comfortable, good size room.

Cons: Only (tiny) fault was small, sometimes slow lift, but this is not the fault of this hotel as it shares the building with about 4 other businesses.

Pros: Great location, 10 mins from the Trevi Fountain and well located for the all the attractions. Very clean and quiet at night. Comfortable beds. Lovely cafe located on Via Milano on the way to the Colosseum. Crossiants are amazing, no fuss just basic pastries.

Pros: Staff very helpful, rooms cleaned well. Location is great, lift access.

Cons: The lift didn't work properly. I went with my parents and the lift didn't work with all 3 of us, so often my parents just took it. What made it worse was that sometimes it even only let one of them take it before closing the doors. Its not your conventional type of lift, its an old fashioned type one, so keep that in mind that you might need to be walking up and down 5 flights of stairs.

Pros: The shower was fantastic, great pressure and got very hot if you wanted it to

Cons: On the sixth floor, lift went to the fifth floor and the lift sometimes took a while to come, but it didn’t bother me as I’m more than capable to doing the stairs luckily

Comfy and spacious

Pros: The bed was very comfy, spacious, and clean. We enjoyed our stay there.

Cons: For value of money, some bottle of water will be nice. The picture can be a bit deceiving, but overall it was a good stay.

Pros: Very clean, spacious room, good bed, nice balcony, super friendly staff

Cons: Confusing consept: each floor had a different named hotel, at first it was has to find the reception. The elevator doesn't work properly. Pillows are very hard. Location was a bit of a surprise: fairly long walk to Pantheon, Navona etc.

Pros: The Hotel is in a great location, central to most attractions. It is very secure with a code to enter our floor. 24 hour desk, which was great for late arrival and early departure. The staff are great, very helpful, and are a credit to the hotel.

Cons: It is expensive for a stay with no Breakfast available.
