Fabulous couldn’t fault it

Truly exceptional and lovely!

Pros: Everything about our stay was amazing! To start off, the location was exceptional, it was 15-20min to every main attractions and the Terminal Station, it was also relatively close to the vatican by scooter (also 20min). The room was so tidy and comfy, the whole hotel had that warm feeling and typical roman building look! The highlight of our stay was definitely the staff and the breakfast, they were fabulous! The staff was so welcoming, accessible and kind, so warming! And the breakfast was divine, kinda simple and small still amazing wonderful! We’ve been dreaming of the Capuccino ever since we’ve come back! LOVED IT! We are absolutely looking forward to stay here again if we go to rome again!

Pros: What a perfect stay in beautiful Rome. From our first contact after booking, to the hospitality once we got there, the location, the room, the beds, the friendliness of everyone on staff, the facilities, the breakfast; we loved everything. We will definitely be going back, this is our new favorite spot in Rome. A lot of the sights are in walking distance, als well als Termini station. Do yourself a favor and book here.

Cons: The rooms can be a little noisy but that did not bother us whatsoever. After a day exploring Rome we fell asleep the moment we hit te bed.

Pros: Perfect location, nearby almost everything! Staff were incredibly thoughtful and so nice. Room was cozy and nice + clean!

Pros: Very modern and very very clean! The bed was so comfortable also.

Cons: It was ever so slightly too far from the main area but we didn’t mind too much. The elevator was also a little clunky and drops a little when it stops which can be a little scary!

Pros: Lovely sized room with kettle for tea and a mini fridge. The bathroom was lovely too with bidet like normal in Italy and a shower. We had a inner courtyard room which was quiet but the road didn't feel very noisy so a room on the other side would not have been bad either noise wise I expect.

Cons: The bed was a bit on the hard side for me and it was two small twins divan beds together to make a small double. The mattresses would come apart ever so slightly. The shower was a bit odd as it was a very short bass when facing outward which meant the risk of knocking the door open and water getting on the floor. I think there was some fan outside in the courtyard that was on all the time. As it was pretty much white noise and it was raining a lot I didn't care much.

Amazing staff.

Pros: The size of the bedroom and bathroom was perfect for two people and two large suitcases. The staff was extremely accommodating and thoughtful, offering a takeaway breakfast when we couldn’t make it and folding our pajamas on our pillows. Multiple free experiences included.

Cons: Room was near the breakfast area so was a little noisey in the morning and the elevator up to the level was very old.
