Pros: The room was comfy and had everything we needed. AC worked perfectly and it was clean and tidy. The staff was wonderful and very nice to us and our baby.
Cons: The mattress was just a bit stiff for my back. And the room has some lights (emergency, smoke detector, and hallway) that cannot be turned off, so for people with light sensitivity might not be ideal. However the blinds shut the outdoor light completely so that's a tough one.

Exceptional
Pros: I liked everything in this hotel. Receptionist welcomed me and took my luggage to the room. He explained to me what I can see in Rome close to the hotel and how I can get there. It was very helpful. I felt like I had someone who really looks after me. He booked the taxi for me and went downstairs to check if it was the right one. Breakfast was good. Location perfect to get everywhere.in Rome. It is close to the main station and Metro. Many bus stops in front of the hotel. I can highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Good location, did the job.
Pros: The location is superb. The staff were very helpful. The place was clean.
Cons: It is very old fashioned to have sheets and blankets rather than duvets and this is really bad for my asthma and breathing. Also the pillows were very hard. A kettle in the room would have been nice but when I asked for hot water I was given a kettle. Breakfast was very basic and if you didn't like sweet things and didn't eat meat, not great.

Just a dreamy stay!
Pros: The room, the location, the breakfast was absolutely perfect! The ladies on the breakfast area were so kind and so smiling!!!! Also Valentino from the reception was really helpful!! We will come again for sure!!!

Pros: The place is very well located, with polite and helpful staff. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast is quite varied, with options like fruits, yogurts, cold cuts, cookies, eggs, and juices. The coffee and tea are served fresh, made to order, which is a great advantage compared to most hotels that leave everything in a thermos.
Cons: Outside the kitchen area, there's a designated smoking area, which was located right in front of the room I was staying in. There was a couple who would go there to smoke around 8pm, and they often talked quite loudly, staying until about 9:30pm. Since we were traveling as a family with a 3-year-old child, this was already around bedtime, and the loud conversation was quite disruptive. Of course, it's not the hotel's fault that some guests lack consideration, but having some signs reminding guests to keep noise down after a certain hour could help prevent situations like this, especially for those who donโt realize that their routine might affect others. However I still recommend the hotel and would definitely stay there again.

It was great!
Pros: I love the location and also the cleanliness of the property. The breakfast was sufficient, every morning the staffs would ask us what kind of coffee we want and prepared it efficiently. Front desk is always available whenever we needed something (for example iron, cutleries, etc.) It was a pleasant stay overall.
