Pros: Rogel, in the reception, has excellent client service. He is respectful, professional, and proactive. I would also like to mention Jeffrey, who is helpful.

Cons: The room cleaning is done late on the day and at unpredictable times.They forget to replenish tissue paper and leave only one bath towel.

A welcoming place to cool down and rest after a long hot day!

Pros: The hotel is centrally located and impeccably clean and large room for three people. Staff are very friendly, polite and helpful.

Cons: If I had just one comment it would be that a mirror in the room would be very convenient rather than just one in the bathroom.

Short stay in great location

Pros: Location was great, the hotel was small, very clean and staff was very helpful. It was very close to Fontana di Trevi and main Rome attractions, truly recommend!

Excellent place to stay when visiting Rome.

Pros: The location was excellent for exploring Rome on foot. Via Nazionale has many cafes nearby and the shopping possibilities are very good. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the recently refurbished room had everything we needed.

Pros: The location is perfect and central to reach anything you want to see in Rome. The room is very clean (and cleaned every day).

Cons: The only little problem is that there are alot of noises from the street that still come into the room at night.

Pros: The location of the hotel was absolutely ideal for us (maximum 7 minutes walk to the Colosseum). The room (after an upgrade) was sufficiently large. From the photos, it wasn't clear that the view from the window would be into the inner courtyard, which we didn't expect. We appreciated the warmth in the room during the cold days. We would have welcomed having chairs in the room, but since we didn't spend much time in the room, it didn't bother us too much. The staff were super nice.
