Pros: very clean, organized, they helped us with our bags, great location, I loved it.

Cons: There is no iron, and the television does not work as a smart TV, so I was unable to connect my phone to watch a movie.

Pros: Great sheets and a comfy bed. So central that we walked everywhere in our 4 night stay

Cons: Pillows were too hard, window looked on to drainpipes and other bedroom windows and the shower tray was so slippery that it was lethal!

Pros: Great location in walking distance to all main tourist points, bus station just in from of the hotel, luggage storage at reception, lounge with free coffee, water and bathroom, cafeterias with great breakfast just behind the corner. The staff was very nice & helpful.

Cons: very tiny room, all rooms have windows into atrium, so there is no sunlight at all. On the other hand you don't hear the noisy from the street.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at your hotel and would consider returning in the future

Pros: I must commend the staff for their warm and friendly service. I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The room I stayed in was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job of keeping everything tidy during my stay.

Cons: I did encounter a couple of issues during my stay. The Lift service was quite slow and unreliable. Bathroom and shower enclosure was bit cramped than I expected.

Great location and very comfortable hotel.

Pros: Lovely room and small balcony, appreciated the air con and above all the excellent location. We walked pretty much everywhere! Reception very helpful to get our bearings too.
