Pros: The apartment is in a good location (7 min to vatican entrance, near to bus stop), very safe neighborhood, with a lot of shops, markets and restaurants. Alexandro allow us to check in 3 hour earlier and we thank him for that.

Cons: The bed linens where annoying. We didn’t have a proper bed quilt case. The quilt was between two bed sheets. The kitchen could be more equipped like coffe machine, a toaster would be nice. It also would have been nice to have a washing machine (we’ve stayed for 6 nights) and some basic toiletries.

Excellent place and location.

Pros: The apartment is very clean, comfortable and spacious. Most of all it is very close to metro, buses and vatican.

Cons: Kitchen might lack some items like a bread toaster and kitchen cloths.

Owner helpful with any problem. I recommend, on our next visit to Rome we will book accommodation in this apartment agai

Pros: The property was spacious, clean, and had all of the required and listed items in order to enjoy our stay. Very modern apartment and quiet which helped with a great nights sleep. Very close to St Peter’s Basilica and Vatican Museums, and also to luggage storage lockers if needed for an early checkout but later flight. Plenty of restaurants and local supermarkets etc close by.

Gran apartamento, cerca del Vaticano.

Pros: La ubicación es excelente. En punto intermedio entre la plaza de San Pedro, los Museos Vaticanos, el Castillo de San Angelo y la estación de metro de Ottaviano. Otro punto son las habitaciones y particularmente los baños, remodelados, funcionales, fantásticos. Y el anfitrión, Francesco, colaborador, atento, nos ayudó con lo que necesitamos a la llegada. El apartamento es espacioso, con habitaciones amplias y los baños en muy buen estado, con duchas de muy buena presión. Estuvimos cuatro personas, 5 noches. Si volvemos con la familia, seguramente lo buscaremos nuevamente.

Cons: El apartamento es totalmente funcional y permite disfrutarlo sin problema. Sin embargo, hay algunos detalles, que en general son menores y de poco costo para el propietario, pero que harían el sitio muchísimo más agradable de utilizar., en general relacionado con la dotación del apartamento. Tiene los elementos básicos, pero algunos detalles harían la estância mucho mejor. En los armarios, percheros suficientes para colgar chaquetas y pantalones (solo 2 percheros de pantalones). Las almohadas. hay 1 almohada por persona; algunas veces se requieren almohadas extras, particularmente cuando estas son delgadas o de textura floja. En los baños, perchas para colgar las toallas (el único sitio es en el calentador); en la cocina, renovar la dotación: el moka para el café ya pide cambio; renovar platos y vasos; dejar jabón para el lavavajillas (no tiene sentido comprar un paquete en el supermercado para unos pocos días); en la sala, un par de sillones que permitan tener un rato agradable entre los huéspedes (no sentados en las sillas del comedor). Entendemos que hay que hacer limpieza, pero la salida a las 10 am puede resultar un poco temprana.
