Cons: There was quite some noise from renovation downstairs in a shop. The host got the worst postponed till after 0900. So only a temporary problem.

Pros: The apartment is brighter compared to other places in central Rome that we have rented before and this adds up to a positive mood. Beds were comfortable. No nosy pubs nearby. It was rather quiet during nights. Many good restaurants in the vicinity. Kids liked gelateria Sweet Life which is 4 min to walk and is one of the best we have ever tried in Rome. A good Carrefour Express supermarket is just over corner. Kitchen has everything for cooking. At least we didn't miss anything there. The place is perfect for visiting all famous places in Rome. Giuseppe the landlord is very kind person with a sincere smile and always ready to help but not in an annoying way. He helped us with the taxi to the airport and gave valuable advices. We were alowd to enter We have searched for an apartment in Rome well in advance of our trip and can confirm that the place is very good value for money and I can just recommend it.

Comfortable and enjoyable
Pros: Great location, warm when temperatures outside were cold, super clean, having all necessary facilities, lovely hosts, provided all we needed

Pros: The appartment is at a very good position for visiting Rome. But non only! It's located on a quiet street whare you can find very delicous local foods: resturants, coffee shop, hand made ice cream, good wine.. all by 2 minuts walk. After a full day of visiting the city, this's really priceless.

Great stay
Pros: Great location - 5 minutes to Castel Sant'Angelo, Vatican, hop on hop off bus station, Tibera, ... Nice host, who arranged much cheaper taxi back to the airport, than what we paid when we arrived. Very well equiped apartment, including necessary groceries in the kitchen, like olive oil, vinegar, salt, coffee, tea ... Plenty of restaurants around the area, market around the corner, pastry shop / pizza place just across the street. You feel very safe in this neighborhood.
Cons: A bit noisier during the night (the traffic), but this is not the host's fault. When you are tired after exploring the city for the whole day, you sleep like a baby anyway. The pillows could be softer and for the blankets there could be covers to put them inside (not just on the layer of sheets).

Wonderful place with wonderful hosts
Pros: Lovely, clean, modern apartment in the center of town. The stay was a 5 minute walk from the Vatican and a 10 minute walk to Campo de' Fiori, with excellent options for food in between. There was also a major bus stop right next to the apartment building, which is useful for reaching the further parts of the city. The hosts were extremely gracious and helpful, and even helped us reserve a taxi to the airport the day of our departure. I highly recommend staying here.

Pros: Our lovely host Alessandra met us in person to pass us the keys and introduce us to the city. The room and kitchen was well equipped and clean. Location was amazing, we could walk to anywhere from the apartment.
