Perfect location for a Rome visit with family

Pros: Great location - friendly and helpful front desk staff. Gave great restaurant recommendations.

Cons: Small lift so we used the stairs.

Pros: The staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotels location was very convenient. The room was pretty large, modern and clean.

Cons: The sound insulation wasn't very good, even small noise from the street was heard as loud as the window were open.

Great location for a short break

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable rooms and a great location.

Pros: Very friendly staff, showed you main attractions and where to go, recommended restaurants and gave walking times, comfy bed and lovely spacious room. Stayed for my boyfriend’s birthday and added the romantic room service breakfast which was amazing and made the stay more special.

Cons: Only thing I would say is it can be quite noisy on the street and with cars beeping- but not the hotel’s fault.

A lovely boutique hotel with friendly and helpful staff

Pros: The room was spacious and very clean. We only had breakfast once, but the breakfast was lovely and a wide selection of foods to eat. The location of the hotel was perfect. Only a 10/15 minute walk from the Trevi Fountain, amongst other attractions, most things were within walking distance of the hotel. The Roma Termini train station is also a 10 minute walk from the hotel, and so easy to get a train to/from the airport if needed. The staff were extremely helpful and very happy to help. The check in team gave us a detailed map of Rome and when and where is best to go and at what times of the day. They advised us on public transport closures and booked us a taxi back to the airport when we left. The hotel also keep hold of your luggage if you need them to, which is a nice bonus as not all hotels do that!

Beautiful hotel

Pros: The hotel was beautiful in such a great location. Within walking distance of everything except the Vatican. The staff were so helpful booking our transfers and on line tours.

Brilliant staff, clean and comfortable but not quite the luxury we were expecting.

Pros: The staff were fantastic, couldn’t be more helpful. The hotel was clean and our room was comfortable, breakfast was good in the restaurant.

Cons: It was quite noisy - although not the hotels fault per se, traffic is awful in Rome and there are ambulance and police sirens almost constantly so although we had a room with a balcony you couldn’t really sit out there, and there was no nice view from the balcony either. Location wise it was ok, but if I went to Rome again I would stay more centrally as everywhere was a very long walk. There was a spa but you had to pay extra, which was disappointing given how expensive the rooms were (over £400 per night)

Had a fabulous time

Pros: Stylish clean, loved our room and balcony. Room was quirky with the usual fridge and safe. Staff were amazing, nothing too much trouble that includes both reception and restaurant
