Exceptional property, wonderful staff but avoid a room under the roof top bar/restaurant.

Pros: Excellent location, fantastic food and lovely property. Seen by Olivier restaurant on the roof was exceptional.

Cons: Upgraded to suite with plaza view supposedly at a discount when checking in. Actually cheaper on other platforms! Surprising as we had booked a second room for family. Suite was exceptional other than sound proofing between it and the bar/restaurant on roof floor was dismal and booming music till all hours on Saturday and Sunday. Need to improve this as other than noise and disappointing upselling rate on room, it was a great experience. Stayed here before with no issue on noise or rates.

Pros: The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The hotel's location was excellent. The restaurant on the ground floor was INEO; it is a one-Michelin-star restaurant, also the best in Rome, in my opinion.

Cons: The ventilation in the bathroom was too strong, and the shower curtain was too narrow, making it a cold experience to take a shower.

Pros: We spent an unforgettable family weekend at the hotel. The location is very good. The room was very comfortable. Can’t wait to come here again

Pros: When you walk in the entrance we received the warmest welcome from Furuk - he checks in with us every time he sees us and brightens our day. The Lobby is beautiful and the fragrance is just magical. The fragrance just makes you feel like you’re in a really luxurious space. Every single person in the hotel is so friendly and welcoming - the service is the best we have ever had. You are always greeted so warmly, it makes such a difference and it’s really appreciated. Everything is within a 10 minute walking distance. It’s so easy to get food, drinks, sight-see and everything else from here. In all honesty, I wasn’t too sure about this hotel before we came here. There’s a St Regis nearby, which is where I usually stay. Anantara has a pool - which is why I thought I’d risk it. But, this has been the best hotel I’ve stayed in for having everything.

Upscale hotel with excellent location and facilities

Pros: Excellent location at the edge of Ancient Rome, surrounded by opera, multiple excellent restaurants a beautiful ancient fountain and across from a basilica built by Michelangelo! Hotel itself is very upscale and boasts a lovely rooftop bar with a cool vibe.
