We absolutely recommend this for a lovely and peaceful family stay in Rome!

Pros: The flat was really beautiful, cosy, spacious and very well equipped for us and our kids. Communication with the host was very easy and friendly - could not have been better. The flat is situated in a quiet part of Rome and easy to reach via Metro, Bus and Tram. It was a true pleasure to come \

Cons: Perhaps some small bowls could be added to the kitchen equipment (for cereal lovers) and a dishwasher - but that would probably be difficult to integrate into the beautifully designed kitchen space. In fact it was so pleasant that washing up was not a problem :)

Pros: All we (five people aged 6 to 75) needed for a weekend. Nice apartment, between the main station and university, nicely fitted out.

Such a lovely place!

Pros: Amazing apartment. We were 7 people and this apartment was our wonderful base to recover from a full day of activities in Rome. Spotless clean and the host Mauro is the most wonderful host I ever \

Perfect for Rome vacation

Pros: The house was very nice, well equipped with everything we needed during our stay (even umbrellas in case of rain). It was good to have 2 bathrooms as we were a group of six. We had a very good collaboration and communication with our host, Mauro, who was very nice and offered his help in case we needed it. The apartment is near the centre, 30 min walking to Colosseo, 1 hour to Vatican and 10 min to Termini, with good restaurants in the area (especially Trattoria Sapori di casa). Everything was perfect and a good value for money. I recommend it.

Lovely flat great location

Pros: Lovely flat v close to everything! It’s only 10 minutes to Termini and there are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Really good links with buses too. Flat was very clean and spacious, great amenities, and the host was super helpful and friendly throughout the stay! xx

Feels like living in Rome

Pros: The flat is spacious but nice and cozy. The location is perfect (within 10 mins from Termini station) but it is in a quiet neighbourhood. The host is kind and accommodating with a good communication.

Cons: We have no complaints.

Pros: comfortable check-in, we received the instructions early, we were pleasantly surprised by the refreshments - water, beer and some snacks, the apartment is cozy and clean, in a good location near Termini, I highly recommend it for a larger group

A great place for exploring Rome with a group of friends or the family

Pros: The apartment is spacious, nicely furnished, clean and comfortable. The host was very kind and responsive to all questions that we had. He also agreed that we could leave our luggage earlier for which we are grateful. He was very helpful with the instructions how to reach and open the property with a code. He asked us several times if we need anything. Snacks and refreshments were a beautiful surprise. Thank you, Mauro! The flat is looking at a marvellous garden - quiet and green, in a nice residents'area. It is close to the train station so it was easy to plan one day trips outside busy Rome. There is a convenient metro station and bus stops close to the property. We found nice local restaurants very near - delicious Roman food and very reasonable prices.

Pros: The place is very well located but not in a very busy area so it is ideal for resting after days of sightseeing.

Cons: Nothing to dislike.
