Great location and very appealing apartment with hard beds
Pros: The apartment is aesthetically pleasing. It is very close to Roma Termini, restaurants and mini-markets. Jacopo who met us at the apartment was very approachable and helped us settle in - he also came quite quickly when we had accidentally locked ourselves out not long after arriving. Weronika also responded to messages promptly.
Cons: Unfortunately the beds were very hard and uncomfortable. Hard beds seem to be the norm in Europe and they aren’t doing our backs any favours. The lounge in the living room was also very hard.

Pros: Very beautiful apartments in a convenient area. The price-quality ratio is impeccable!
Cons: The room adjacent to the entrance to the apartment has rather poor soundproofing, so you can hear all the sounds in the entrance. For people who are light sleepers, it can still be a problem. Plus, the noise is created by the heating system, which sounds like something dripping loudly in the middle of the night.

Pros: The property was really spacious and super clean. There was also a washing machine which was a bonus. The location was amazing - a lot of restaurants and cafes on the street and a 2 min walk to the main train station/shops.
Cons: The building itself has some other accomodation within which were very loud, especially for those sleeping on the fold out bed near the front door.

Great Location
Pros: Great apartment, tastefully furnished, excellent location (5 mins to Termini station). No shortage of eating places,and bars. Loved the daily morning market outside our door. Very vomfortable beds. More instructions on how to use the appliances would be helpful. Highly recommend it as a great haven to return to after a long day of sight seeing.

Spacious and quiet apartment close to Termini station.
Pros: The apartment is located near Termini station, yet the street is very quiet. This flat is huge and has two bedrooms. Our family of four felt very comfortable. Bigger groups of 6-7 people would also fit without problems. People from the agency that manages the property were easy to reach, punctual, and helpful.
Cons: It would be nice to have more dishes and glassware: there are just two larger tea cups, not enough wine glasses, etc. We also had to look for a corkscrew in a nearby minimarket)) Overall, the apartment has the vibe of someone's home rather than a rental property (which we liked, of course), so you will not find the standard IKEA sets there. But, for this very reason, some necessities are missing.

Nice hotspot to visit Rome : nice & quite
Pros: It’s fully equipped flat, with big spaces and near the roma termini station. The Staff, specifically Wero & Aless are really professionals, taking care all the time of the Clients. The neighborhood is calm and near restaurants.
Cons: Nothing bad , but Maybe an extra towels will be nice for long stays .

Pros: 服务很热情，有疑问回复快速，地理位置很好，门口有小市场便利店和餐馆，包括一家中国餐馆！房间很安静，热水稍微有点小，但用热水时暂时不要使用其他水就还可以！

Pros: Приезжали с сыном на неделю в отпуск. Расположение великолепное- несколько минут от вокзала, где есть автобусы, метро, электрички. Квартира просторная, чистая, красивая, со всеми удобствами. Очень удобные матрасы, очень тихо. Потрясающая хозяйка Weronika всегда на связи. Особое спасибо встречающему менеджеру Loredana. Впечатления только положительные. Очень рекомендую апартаменты.. Если поедем ещё, хотелось бы попасть опять сюда
