Pros: Very good place. Matches almost all expectations. Some things inside the place were broken, but nothing that impacted a lot our experience. The location is perfect. Check-in and check-out were easy.

Cons: We were a group of 5 persons, but we were given only one set of keys. It was a bit painful as we always needed to be synchronised to enter or leave the flat. The place was a bit smelling like old and rarely used pipping.

Great location! Near the colosseum and train/bus station. Great communication from the owners!

Pros: The location was great. Bus/train station was right across the street. You can see the colosseum from the street. Quiet area. Grocery store across the street. The owners were great at communicating. We had some issues with water pressure in the shower and they responded right away and came the next day and took care of the problem. Apartment was clean. The two sofa beds were made and ready for our arrival. Would definitely stay here again. Walkable from Roma Termini train station, but long.

Cons: It was a little tricky figuring out how to get to the aparment from the street. We figured it out but had to re-read the instructions a few times. The water temperature was sensitive. Would go from hot to cold really quick. We finally found out that we just had to play with the handle until it was just right.

Superbe expérience à Rome.

Pros: Appartement très agréable pour un séjour en famille. Emplacement idéal à 500m du Colisée et 600m environ du métro station Manzoni. Pas de vue direct mais le calme qui va avec un appartement en arrière plan. Malgré une arrivée tardive nous n’avons eu aucun problème pour rentrer dans le logement. Hôtes très réactifs quand besoin par messages WhatsApp.

Cons: Porte de douche cassée, qui ne coulisse plus. Devrait être remplacé suite échange avec propriétaire.

Pros: Piękny przestronny apartament z pełnym wyposażeniem i dwiema łazienkami. Świetna lokalizacja. Po drugiej stronie ulicy znajduje się market. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Serdecznie polecamy.

Pros: Ubytování bylo kousek od Kolosea, byt byl velmi čistý

Cons: Jedine nevyhovující byl gauč, matrace bylo extrémně proleželá. Ale i tak jsme byly spokojené.

Posizione ottima, con piccoli accorgimenti sarebbe perfetta.

Pros: La posizione davvero perfetta, gli spazi molto ampi e ben attrezzati.

Cons: Potrebbe essere perfetta se ci fosse qualche dotazione in più per pulire, e con qualche miglioria all'impianto dell'acqua che fa un pò fatica a scaldarsi e mantenere la pressione della doccia, questo può creare qualche disagio se si è in famiglia.

Pros: Квартира реально більша ніж на фото. Хороше планування, місцерозташування. Просто поряд супермаркет , ідеально для сім'ї з дітьми. Два туалети.

Cons: Не працює посудомийка, немає мікрохвильової печі.
