Amazing view
Pros: Everything was perfect! From the very beginning with the kind host Andreas, who thought of all the details in advance and made our stay very pleasant! The lovely apartment on the top floor had everything you needed and an amazing terrace with a view of the Colosseum and the city! It was warm, clean and cozy. We would come back again. Thank you Andreas for the warm welcome! There is a Carrefour supermarket near the apartment. You can also leave your suitcases there for hours for a fee.

Great location, view of the Colosseum from terrace. Very clean.
Pros: Great location with a terrace. Typical apartment for a city. Loved to 1930’s 40’s lift to apartment. Close to mini supermarket which was extremely handy. Great communication with the owner who sent many texts helping us along the way. We used the terrace all the time. The beds were comfortable and the linen was extremely crisp and clean. Small kitchen but that did not bother us.
Cons: Had no hot water. Perhaps a little small for four adults as only two chairs for the terrace, we used the dining chairs. Some of the cutlery and glassware needs updating. But again not really an issue.

My friend and I will be back :-)
Pros: Great location! Minutes from Colloseo and bus stops to take you everywhere. Stunning rooftop patio to enjoy sunsets in the evening and a coffee in the morning. The beds were so comfortable, good hairdryer (we were a party of 2 girls with long hair!) Great AC in the living space and 1 bedroom which was welcome as it was very hot. We wished we could have stayed longer. Would 100% come back. Great host communication also!
Cons: I hate to say anything bad but the shower was awful. Very little water pressure and the temperature control did not work effectively. The bathroom itself was wonderful and light and airy but the shower did let the place down. Everything else was wonderful!

Super zentrale Wohnung für einen Städtetrip
Pros: Tolle Wohnung mit großer Dachterrasse und Blick auf das Collosseum Sehr netter Vermieter! Hat sich bei Problemen (Fahrstuhl war kaputt) sofort drum gekümmert
Cons: Eigentlich war alles in Ordnung! Für mich waren die Kissen im Bett zu hart! Aber das ist ja Geschmacksache

Pros: O anfitrião Andreas é nota 10, a comunicação foi muito fácil e sempre muito solícito. O apartamento é ótimo, camas confortáveis, roupas de cama e banho limpíssimas, ar condicionado muito bom em um dos quartos e na sala/cozinha. O terraço é um presente à parte, com vista parcial ao Coliseu. A localização também é ótima, o lugar é muito bom, próximo ao Coliseu, fizemos os passeios todos a pé, tem um mercado muito próximo ao apartamento e também alguns restaurantes.
Cons: O chuveiro infelizmente deixou a desejar, o sistema de aquecimento de água não funcionou muito bem.

Super-Aufenthalt in Rom in schönem Apartment mit toller Dachterasse
Pros: Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und praktisch. Besonders gut sind die Lage in der Nähe des Kolosseums und vieler anderer Sehenswürdigkeiten und der tolle Blick von der Dachterasse.
Cons: Die Verfügbarkeit von warmem Wasser ist nicht optimal. Beim Duschen muss man sich mit einem beständigen Wechsel zwischen kaltem und einem gewissen Volumen an warmem Wasser arrangieren.

Alojamiento perfecto en el centro de Roma
Pros: Andreas fue un anfitrión de 10. Buena y fluida comunicación en todo momento. Fácil acceso y check-in muy sencillo a través de lockbox y códigos. Los atardeceres desde la terraza y sus vistas al centro de Roma y parciales al Coliseo son una joya. Camas muy cómodas así como las almohadas. Tiene lavadora, tendedero y plancha, ideal para una estancia larga. El barrio es tranquilo y de noche no hay ajetreo. También hay varios supermercados y buena comunicación con las líneas principales de autobús.
Cons: Echamos de menos un lavavajillas, esto ahorraría también mucha agua. El funcionamiento de la ducha fue un poco tedioso y se echa en falta más presión de agua. Esto tiene fácil arreglo y seguro que pronto lo corrigen.
