Great host and great location

Pros: Great location and very responsive and accomodating host.

Pros: The location was great with bus and metro easily walkable. The local supermarket was very close and had everything that we needed. There was plenty of room inside the apartment for our family of five and we loved the feel of the space.

Cons: Can't think of anything. There were no complaints from our teenagers ...

Family Holiday in Rome

Pros: Great size for 5 adults. Really close to site seeing. Julien was a lovely host

Cons: It was difficult to use the washing machine. Directions would have been good to have

Julien was a fantastic host, the flat was comfortable, and the location was perfect.

Pros: Julien met us on the day of our arrival, provided the keys, and showed us around the property. He was very communicative throughout and responded promptly to any queries before and during our stay. He also helped us book our return airport transfer. The location was excellent, with the Colosseum within walking distance and a shop nearby. Julien recommended a great pizza restaurant that we enjoyed. The flat and room were comfortable, and we felt safe walking back at night. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to stay near the center of Rome.

Pros: Spacious and light with a perfect mix of modern and traditional furniture. Everything we needed was there. Check in was easy and friendly. The location is great and trans and buses are just a few metres away.

Cons: There was nothing I would change. For us it was perfect.

Took a risk due to no reviews....well worth the risk. Great place.

Pros: Very large, exceptionally clean, superb location, quiet location, nice view. Really good value for money considering its location. We arrived late at night due to a flight delay. Hosts greeted us at the front of the building. Showed us around the property and gave us some local insight of the tourist attractions. There was a shop located across the road from the apartment block.

Cons: The beds were very hard. Television did not work very well. It would have been nice to have a few things in the fridge due to our late arrival

Pros: La propreté , l’emplacement , le calme Parfait pour 6 personnes chacun sa chambre , la disponibilité et l’accueil de Julien il est très arrangeant

Fantastisk februarivecka i Rom

Pros: Väldigt bra läge, tre kvarter från Colosseum. En kvartersbutik precis runt hörnet och flera restauranger i närheten. Mycket rymligt! Liten men välfungerande hiss.

Cons: Värmen i två rum fungerade inte som den skulle. Men det var varmt ändå med andra element på, så det var inget problem för oss. Förhoppningsvis bara ett tillfälligt problem.
