Pros: Great location with Colosseum only a short walk from the apartment. Spacious, nice rooms, basic amenities like coffee machine, stovetop, oven, washing machine. Grocery stores, cafes, and restaurants in the same building or the buildings next to it.
Cons: Kitchen and living room area was tiny, there was no dishwasher. It's also not great to have to clean the dishes and take away the trash when paying an amount similar to hotel prices. There were spots of the black mold in the shower, and while the bathroom was otherwise clean, this is just straight up a health hazard. Wardrobe in one of the rooms was only half empty with towels and a comforter inside taking a lot space. And while we avoided it, having to pay (and only in cash at that!) 25/40 EUR for arriving after 20:00/23:00 is annoying.

A small but well-equipped flat, perfectly situated to visit Rome!
Pros: iFlat Colosseum's Brand New & Cozy Nest (3rd floor) is a small but very nice flat to visit Rome. Advantages: lift - 2 large separate bedrooms - well-equipped kitchen (enough pots and pans, glassware, cutlery) - smart TV- coffeemaker - free Wifi -iron - clean bathroom - towels and bedlinnen clean and provided - though we didn't use it, there is airconditioning in every room so this might be helpful in summer - location in between Metro Colosseo and Metro Manzoni (800m - 700m on foot) - a peaceful neighbourhood - Carrefour Express 160m on foot, CONAD supermarket 500m on foot). Restaurants in all price categories are within walking distance: we very much enjoyed Tempio di Mecenate. The meeting to collect the keys with host Andrea was 100% perfect. If visiting Rome again, we would not hesitate to book the flat again!
Cons: *The living room and kitchen with dining table are in fact one small room. It's tiny, but of course, you don't come to Rome to stay in your flat. *The Nespresso coffeemaker needs maintenance. The water runs through very slowly and it stops from time to time. *One of the beds/matrasses (second room close to the living room) seems to sag.

Pros: Apartamento excelente, ficamos hospedados dos dias 4 à 10/12/25. 4 adultos. A cama super confortável, apartamento muito espaçoso. Somente o box do chubeiro é bem apertado mas, nada q atrapalhe a estadia. Resumindo foi a viagem do sonho.

Pros: Die Lage der Wohnung ist super, zu Fuss erreicht man die Unterkunft in etwa 20 Minuten vom Hauptbahnhof, das Kolosseum ist etwa 10 Minuten Fussweg entfernt. In wenigen Minuten ist man im Einkaufsladen (Carrefour Express), es hat auch ein Postamt und Apotheken in der Nähe. Die Wohnung ist gross genug für zwei Personen, die Betten bequem, es gab Handtücher und Seife vor Ort. Das WLAN hat ohne Probleme funktioniert, ebenso der Kühlschrank. Der Schlüssel wurde uns vor Ort übergeben. Es hat alles funktioniert und unseren Erwartungen entsprochen.

Pros: Apartamento bien situado, muy cerca del Coliseo. A 10 minutos de San Juan Letran. Supermercado y restaurantes cercanos. Apartamento con 2 habitaciones, camas cómodas. Aire acondicionado en habitaciones y salón. En cocina no hay microondas, resto bien equipado. Cafetera de cápsulas. Escaso de gel y champú. Wifi sin problemas. Parada de Metro, tranvía y bus en 5 minutos.

Buenas ubicación y tranquilidad en el edificio
Pros: Apartamento con muy buena ubicación. A 10 minutos andando hasta el Coliseo. Calle y edificio tranquilo. Habitaciones amplias y confortables.
Cons: Tuvimos la mala suerte que no funcionaba el router. No tuvimos wifi. También echamos en falta un microondas.

Чудова квартира бiля Колизею
Pros: Свіжий ремонт, вся необхідна побутова техніка (смарт телевiзор, пральна машинка, праска, фен, духовка, плита, чайник, кавоварка, великий холодильник). Кухня повнiстю укомплектована посудом. Великий набір подушок та рушників, вікна виходять у внутрішній дворик (вночі тихо). Багато корисних дрібниць: парасольки, дошка для прасування, набір косметики (на 1 день), капсули для кавоварки, рідина для миття посуду, побутова хімія, якщо захочете трохи прибрати. Розташування чудове: 5 хв до Колізею, 25 хв до Фонтану де Треві. Метро 7 хв. ходьби, автобусна зупинка 3-хв. ходьби. Поруч продуктові магазини та ресторани. У будинку є ліфт. Заселення швидке (передають ключі особисто), wifi чудовий. Вiдпочивали родиной 4 особи, все було гарно. Рекомендую
Cons: Трохе замала душова кабина. Немає посудомийки. Вимикалося декiлька разiв свiтло-мережа не витримовала напруги, коли нараз вмикали декiлька потужних електропристроïв. Але хост надав iнструкцiï, як вмикати свiтло самостiйно.

Pros: - locația este la 15 min de mers pe jos până la coloseum , 5 min până la stația de autobuz, 5 min până la Carrefour Express - zona este liniștită , nu se aude zgomotul traficului rutier. - renovat recent, curat, mobilier nou, saltele relativ noi. - exista un serviciu de asistență tehnică prin telefon. Am avut o până de energie electrică. Am fost îndrumați telefonic cum să remediem.
Cons: - nu se face self check in. Am ajuns târziu la ora 21.20. Am platit taxa suplimentara 25 euro. Am anunțat de dimineață ora la care aterizează avionul și estimarea de sosire pt ora 21.30 și au făcut super presiune ori sa ajung mai devreme ori sa așteptăm până termina ei un alt check in. Se pare că aveau 2 ceck in la aceeași oră și se străduiau sa ajungă la ambele in același timp. Nu înțeleg de ce era prioritate celălalt client. Când eu am anunțat clar că ajung la ora estimată 21.30. Am alergat pe străzi cu geamantanul.mare să mă întâlnesc cu omnul de la check in. Eram foarte obosiți. Și asta m-a deranjat. - la check out , ora 10 este foarte dimineața!!! Fiind în vacanță ne-am obișnuit să ne trezim târziu. Iar presiunea de a pleca imediat din camera m-a deranjat.
