Fantastic stay. Especially on New Year’s Eve. So close to the colesseum to see the fireworks.

Pros: The unit is in an excellent location. 10 mins walk to the colosseum. 1 minute walk to a grocery store and 5 minutes walk to the bus stop. Nice and clean. Felt very safe. Julien is very responsive. Would definitely recommend.

Cons: The lack of a microwave and toaster would be the only negative thing,

Great location and host

Pros: Great location and Julien the host was so kind and friendly. The apartment was pretty clean and tidy. There is a small supermarket 1 minute walk away. The kitchen was ok for making simple meals but there was no toaster or microwave.

Cons: The fold out sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable and squeaky.

Cons: Would have been nice for it to have a microwave and we lacked pillows for the sofa bed so used folded up spare duvets.

Excellent place for family stay.

Pros: Wel maintained rooms and a nice kitchen. Very clean rooms and enough space for 4 people to stay. Very close to train and bus stop. Even cloth drying track and dishwasher liquid were there. We were able to use them. Well thought through with lot of storage places.

Cons: The bathroom lock was not working.

Pros: Best place to stay in Rome. 10 minutes walk to Coloseum. Carrefour downstairs. Apartment is big, comfy, well stocked, clean. The Owner was really helpful and communicative.

Cons: It was a bit noisy from the street side, but it's normal in the big city.

Great host, nice apartment close to the centre

Pros: Julien was a fantastic host, really helpful from the time of booking until after we checked out. He met us when we arrived even though quite late, offered recommendations for restaurants, etc. Helped with a taxi as there was some sort of strike the day we were leaving. Location was very good, close to the Colosseum and Palatine, etc. also local shops around for baked goods, groceries etc. as required. Good sized apartment and well maintained.

Cons: Not much to dislike really, overall a great place

Pros: Everything was great and comfortable, close to public transport and an easy walk to the Colosseum. The only negative for us was the lack of a toaster in the kitchen.
