Couldn’t Ask For More

Pros: VIC and Riccardo are great hosts. Communication was easy from the start and they were able to accommodate us to check in early. Lata Rana is a very comfortable apartment with everything you need for a stay. The location was easy to get to and from on public transport, walking distance for all of Rome’s attractions, bars and restaurants. The highlight was looking down the road and seeing the Colosseum every time we walked out the door, something you cannot get enough of, as tourist anyway. Highly recommend a stay here due to its location, cleanliness, size and amenities.

Outstanding location and spacious studio with all possible amenities required for travellers

Pros: The location is excellent and the studio is very spacious for two people with all possible facilities. The only thing missing was a vaccum cleaner, but everything else was perfect. The owner, Vittorio, and manager, Riccardo, were very gracious with their hospitality and extremely responsive. We had a great stay and would return when we get the chance. Highly recommend this place to anybody considering it for their trip to Rome.

Pros: Tastefully decorated. Good location for most historic part of Rome.

Cons: Only provided with 1 bath towel each for a 6 day stay. Did not feel this was adequate.

Stylish loft apartment in excellent location

Pros: The apartment was spacious and tastefully designed, the host was very responsive and made it an easy stay. Early check-in was no problem at all. Walking distance to the Colosseo was great!

Amazing loft, couldn’t have expected better place

Pros: - kind and responsive host, who accepted to checkout by the afternoon with no extra fee - the pleasant smell inside the whole loft - all you need in terms of household appliances (above all the home cinema), cutlery, soap, furnitures - close to the Coliseum and easy access to bus and underground. It’s bit far from the historical centre (≈25mn walk) but it’s a perfect compromise to have a quiet place to sleep in (even during NYE night, we slept very peacefully as being very close to the Coliseum!) - many books at your disposal - if we come back to Roma, we ABSOLUTELY want to stay here again !!!

Cons: - we would have liked an extra blanket, as we went to Roma in December 🥶

Great location near all main sites

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay, Vic checked in with us to make sure everything was alright and Danielé was very friendly. The accommodation location is great for exploring the sites.

Excellent apartment with cool hosts

Pros: Very clean apartment near the Colosseum with lots of care and consideration given to everything. The hosts also couldn’t have been any more helpful, especially Daniele who helped us with restaurant recommendations and booked us a taxi when we were leaving.

Cons: The street the apartment is on was a bit grubby; a lot of Rome is the same to be fair. However, we still felt safe at night walking about.

Pros: The apartment was very clean, modern and tidy. It was turned into a “Smart Home” already with remotes for all the electric roll down curtains, airco, a fireplace and even a beamer connected to a media box with all the famous apps like Netflix etc. Excellent wifi and the interior was all design. The bed was extremely comfortable, and even the sofa was turned into a full queensize bed in seconds, and you would not know that you were sleeping on a sleeping sofa if you didn’t know any better. The pillows, blankets and linnen were of superior quality. The absolute cherry on the pie, was that the owner allowed us to have a late check out free of charge! Our flight departed at 19:45 in the evening, and the owner simply asked us what time we would like to check out, because there weren’t any guests coming that day. Chapeau!

Cons: There wasn’t anything not to like about the apartment. If I would have to mention one thing, it would only be to put maybe a small threshold at the entrance of the beautiful walk in shower. But nothing else.

Pros: The loft was really nice and the owners were super friendly and helpful.
