Safe and comfortable haven in Rome

Pros: Our stay in Rome was great. The apartment was comfortable, with good beds, linens, and towels. The bathrooms were very nice. The building had an elevator and several cafes and restaurants nearby. Loredana welcomed us efficiently and gave us helpful tips. We'll be back.

Cons: We missed 4 pillows per bed. The number of wine glasses was not compatible with 4 guests.

Great location, spacious apartment perfect for a family.

Pros: We loved the space, the location and the cleanliness.

Cons: The air con was very noisy - we wiped the outside unit down and this reduced the noise a lot. The lift got blocked a few times while we were there.

Pros: Excellent location, the apartment was clean and a great size.

Cons: The only think I would say could be improved was there was 4 of us so we ran out of toilet roll on our last day. But everything else was great.

Cons: No self check in No bottle of water (this would be a must especially if you arrive after a long trip, it costs 1€ a bottle of water, instead I had to go and buy it in the evening) No much shower gel. We were 3 persons for 2 nights and was only given a small amount. Also here I had to go and buy it

Pros: The apartment was quiet big and clean, location was good.

Cons: The only thing is that we were going back on a Monday and my friend’s flight was a bit late. We asked if we could check out afew hours late, but the employee directly said “no” on the phone because the cleaning lady was on her way and new clients would come. Eventually, my friend left three hours after the checkout time and there was no cleaning lady. So simply they just said “no” to late check out without checking. I think it was easier for them to say no instead of checking. So bare in my mind that if you have a late flight they won’t allow you to check out late and thelr office is far so it’s not possible to drop your luggage. You are on your own

Pros: Everything was great! The apartment is big and convinient, fully equipped; iron, hair dryer, wasching machine, dryer, dishwasher, coffee machine. The location is perfect.

Cons: Wifi connection very poor.

Pros: Apartamento muy nuevo y ubicación perfecta, al lado del coliseo.

Hyvä kokemus.

Pros: Sijainti ja asunnon kaltaisuus. Kaksi hyväkuntoista kylpyhuonetta olivat erinomainen asia.

Cons: Sohva oli hieman likainen, ikkunoiden ääneneristys melko huono. Seinissä töhryjä.

Pros: Gross, sauber, ruhig und sehr nah ans Kolosseum. Die host Loredana war sehr eine nette, die uns gute Restaurants und angesagte Klubs empfohlen hat.
