Pros: Very close to the center, really easy to get by foot to most of all hot spots. Lots of restaurants nearby, local shops open late and even a supermarket at 5 min walk, 24/7. The host was very nice! Was outside waiting for us when we arrived (we arrived quite late) and always replied super fast on all channels. You have most of the things you need. And even in the center of the city, the area is really quite.
Cons: Bathroom is really small. I expected a little more stuff in the kitchen. For example, a kettle to boil water, there is one but for tea. If there are two couples, and one stays in the living, there is no place to hang your clothes. Mostly you have to enter the main bedroom, to put there your stuff. Being an old building, sometimes a funny smell twists your nose.

Pros: Obiekt w świetnej lokalizacji w fajnej kamienicy, sam obiekt wyglądał świetnie, dużo światła i opcja klimatyzacji.

Wonderful place, will rent it again when back in Rome!
Pros: Extremely nice and updated in a very quaint old building. Spotless with anything you might need while staying in Rome. Very much appreciated the elevator too! Great location to walk to colosseum or Trevi Fountain areas.
Cons: The shower was a tight fit for my hubby who has very broad shoulders but he managed it fine.

Simple, clean, small, steps from the Colosseum
Pros: I needed somewhere simple to crash for a few days so I could attend a wedding near Rome. This accommodation was very clean, and met my needs. The hosts provided some complementary desserts, water, and juice which was really nice. The bed was comfortable, and there was ample space in the closet to hang a suit. I wasn't in town for tourism, but if I were, the location of being steps away from the Colosseum would've been really nice.
Cons: I arrived after over 15 hours of flying and transferring with no sleep, hadn't slept for about 24 hours, and had some stomach discomfort from the airplane food. Upon reaching the building, I just wanted to use the restroom, maybe shower, unwind, and lie down. Instead, I had to wait for the host to show up, and then he wanted to explain various things to me in detail such as how to avoid pickpockets, and different kinds of cuisine in Rome. I really appreciate his friendliness and desire to be helpful, but the timing and quantity of this information was not good. It would be better to simply provide this information in writing so guests can read it if and when they want, especially since they already provided a binder with information about restaurants and other things in the room. Their office is very close by so anyone who wants more detailed advice or to ask questions can simply go to the office when convenient. The kitchen window didn't have any curtain. It seemed like it had some exterior blinds but I would have had to climb up onto the counter and behind the kitchen sink to reach them. Because the bathroom is very small, I would shower there and then need to go to the bedroom or living area to get dressed, so I would've walked past this window naked several times, and I could clearly see windows of other units in the building. They had curtains drawn, so I couldn't see in, but they could've seen me. There should be a simple curtain there. The shower was extremely small. When I turned my body around in the shower I would sometimes hit the temperature control and make it too hot or cold. The outlet near the bed had some issue where I couldn't plug into it, so if I wanted to use a computer or phone in bed and charge it, that was a bit difficult.
