Excellent location

Pros: Loved the location and we were allowed to drip our bags early. Fabrisio was a great communicator and made check in very easy. Great restaurants very close to the location. Would stay again.

Cons: No access to the lounge room which would have been great as we had 3 children so that would have been a great location to unwind.

Pros: We loved this location and spacious, spotless accommodation. On arrival we were welcomed and shown around the apartment which is really spacious. 2 big bedrooms, very comfortable beds, we had a great rest after long days out sightseeing. The modern bathroom has a great shower. Kitchen/dining area perfect gor breakfast from the coffee shop underneath.

Cons: Honestly there wasn't anything we could complain about. Host ensured we had everything needed. Shops, restaurants, transport easy yo get to. We felt very safe.

Pros: It was clean and comfortable with spacious bedrooms and a nice bathroom Fabrizio was friendly and helpful

Cons: It would have been better if we there was a lounge room at the property where we could relax in the evening with the kids and watch tv after a busy day seeing the sights

Pros: Amazing choice for a group of friends or family. The location is amazing, very close to Coliseo (5 min walk). The apartment was very clean and well organized with very comfortable beds. The host (Fabrizio) was very friendly since the beginning, he allowed us to check in earlier and to check out later without extra costs. He also helped us get some good food. We felt like home. I truly recommend this place. 😌

Great apartment close to the Coliseo

Pros: The location was perfect, only a short walk from the Coliseo. The apartment was clean and spacious, with very comfortable beds. And Fabrizio was very friendly and attentive. Our flight was delayed and we arrived past midnight, but he waited for us and allowed us to check-in without an extra cost (unlike so many other places). We'll definitely come back!

Pros: We stay there with family (5 people). Very cozy flat, close to colosseo. You can get everything you need there for good stay. Many restaurants around. Close to old town. Owner is very nice and supportive. I definitely recommend to stay there and will come back once in Roma again. .
