Pros: Our stay at Nice2CU was perfect. The Check In was very easy and with the instruction videos we had no problem at all! Also the Check Out couldn't be easier. The room is small but has everything you need! The bathroom is well equiped. We loved the window at the ceiling of our sleeping area. We even could shut it down to have fully darkness at night. Everything in this room has been thought of! For us it was important to be close to the train station. But with busses you reach everything in minutes.

Cons: There are some other rooms and you can hear the other guests talking when they are in the kitchen area. Nothing bad, but if you want more privacy you should take that into account.

wonderful stay

Pros: Sophie was very nice Stuff, I had very comfortable stay, we had also lot welcome gifts. The room was clean, and you can get to Colosseum, Santa Maria Maggiore or Piazza Spagna also on foot. Quiet building with local people, I felt really safe also in the evening.

Pros: A anfitriã é muito simpática e prestativa ,o quarto é bem localizado, perto da estação de metrô,trens e bus.

Cons: Como fiquei apenas 1 noite achei o quarto demasiado frio a pesar de ter aparelho de ar condicionado que não supria a baixa temperatura do espaço. Outro ponto eram os canos aparentes pela parede do quarto o que deixava esteticamente estranho e para o quarto ficar mais acolhedor poderia ter uma TV.

Pros: Camere Ampie per la metratura media di zona Stazione Termini. Spaziose. Host genitili e sempre disponibili in caso di necessità.

Cons: Nulla. Se proprio posso dare un consiglio: mettere le TV in camera. Ma è una cosa in più .

Excelente ubicación y atención

Pros: Sofia, la anfitriona, siempre estvo atenta a nuestras consultas, nos permitió hacer hacer antes el check in y dejar el equipaje después del horario del check out. La ubicación es muy recomendable porque está cerca de Termini.

Pros: Bijzonder hartelijke ontvangst en enorm veel service en hulp bij vragen. Echt fantastisch.

Cons: Alles prima de luxe goed voor elkaar.

Pros: Sophie was an excellent hostess and the location is great with easy walking access to the Colosseum and to the train (Termini).

Cons: It's not that I didn't like it, it's just that this is a place to sleep and not much more. There is a kitchen but it is shared with 3 other rooms. Also, it's on the 5th floor. There is an elevator but it broke half-way through our stay. I don't blame Nice 2 C U at all. They were very accommodating. Just some extra things to think about.
