Pros: Good location good facilities nice breakfast in the morning

Cons: Shower pressure was not the best, but everything else was great

Pros: I liked very much the room, clean ,cozy and nice bathroom. Also the room was very hot, nice temperature in the middle of winter. The owner of the facility was very kind and very helpful.

Cons: Initially I didn't like the area around. I felt like living in a bad neighborhood but to ne honest nothing happened or felt happening during my stay, so all was good.I wiil make just two mentions although o find them weak enough. The towels were hard and the breakfast although it was delightful had no salty choices.

Pros: The owner is a very friendly as well as helpful person. Cleaning was done every day. Everything was very clean except some stains on the bedsheets. From this place you can get to all famous spots. So, location is amazing.

Overall our stay was great, and the location was great.

Pros: The location was amazing, it was so easy to find all the historical places of Rome, near the Roma Termini. 15 min walk to the Colosseum etc…

Cons: The only thing that bothered me was that in our 4 day stay, 2 days straight we asked for our room to be clean but they didn’t seem to care and just ignored our request.

Cons: There's no kettle facility inside the room, no food allowed inside the room either. No hot food during breakfast, not allowed toast either,, only cereal, sweet bread and cereal for breakfast,

Pros: The host Mario is very friendly. The apartment is clean and tidy. The bed is very comfortable. The location is good, 15 minutes walk to the Colosseum.

Nice, clean and good price

Pros: The breakfast was good, always fresh delivered pastry, location was good as well for exploring the city, and easily reacheable from the main train station.

Cons: The sound insulation was not there through the doors, so loud guest from other rooms have been quite audible. The matress was quite usedup and soft.

Very good. Mario and all staff were kind and available.

Pros: The location is great. Check-in was smooth. They clean the room every morning and, after 2 days also towel change without you having to ask for it - which is good for B&B. The bed was very comfortable. All staff available and helpful.

Cons: The water pressure seems to be low, but not their fault, I guess it is the building / area. The bathroom is a bit small and old but they clean diligently.

For a room arranged at the last minute, we were very fortunate

Pros: Breakfast room handy and adequate. Appliances all functional. The continental, self serve breakfast was acceptable, and having fruit available was a nice touch.

Cons: The elevator was out of service, making it a trial to get bags to and from the room on the third floor.
