A beautiful hotel with amazing staff and location, but with some downsides

Pros: We had a pleasant stay at Hotel Raphaël – Relais & Châteaux. The breakfast was excellent, the location couldn’t be better, and the staff were truly outstanding – every person who attended us was kind, attentive, and very professional.

Cons: However, considering the high price, I expected a higher standard in the overall premises. There was construction work on the first floor, and we could hear some noise during the day, which affected the experience. Additionally, the heating in our room wasn’t working properly, which was disappointing for a hotel in this category.

Spoil yourself by staying in this lovely hotel!

Pros: This hotel has an unbeatable location, tucked away in a small street only a few steps from the famous Piazza Navona many shops and cosy restaurants in the surrounding area. The room was lovely, with a large comfortable bed and a beautiful hardwood floor. Although in the centre of the city, the hotel was a haven of peace and all we could hear on the terrace were the screeches of the birds at sunset. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the service was impeccable. The lady playing the harp was a serene accompaniment to breakfast every morning. Breakfast itself consisted of high-quality organic vegetarian dishes, with eggs and pancakes freshly prepared to order. Our stay here was truly memorable.

We look forward to coming back to this incredible hotel.

Pros: Wonderful team and stay. The hotel is better than the pictures and the view of the city roof tops beautiful. The vegetarian food was spectacular and the breakfast with a live harpist incredible.

Pros: The hotel was simply perfect, in an excellent location with a truly outstanding hospitality experience. We were welcomed with amazing treats upon arrival, and the breakfast was rich, delicious, and full of variety. The central location was ideal, and the staff went above and beyond—especially Marina, who accompanied us throughout our stay, made sure everything was perfect, and took care of us in the most thoughtful way. As if that wasn’t enough, at the end of our stay we were even given a bag of treats for the journey. Honestly, this was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The room itself was luxurious, with two taps in the shower and in the sink—simply amazing. Highly recommended, and we will definitely return soon!

Priceless luxury experience in the heart of the city

Pros: Incredible breakfast with live harp performance! Room was quiet and spacious! All the staff was perfect! And the rooftop restaurant during sunset… priceless!

Pros: Beautiful breakfast with an excellent selection of food. The hotels location was on point and very central. Made it very easy to get around to all sights. The staff were very helpful, always smiling and very welcoming. The complementary water, wine and biscuits were a real treat. The coffee was beautiful. I would definitely stay again.

Pros: This is the perfect hotel. Excellent location. Very attentive to customers. Very good rooms. Beautiful roof top restaurant and bar.

Outstanding

Pros: Everything but especially the breakfast musical moment. Elisa and her harp was magic. Her place is on the big stage.
