A fabulous Hotel and we will be visiting again at the same time next year

Pros: The hotel is of a basic type but the rooms are beautiful and very clean. There is a restaurant on the roof that gives fabulous views over Rome. Here you can also have Breakfast at extra cost or afternoon tea or evening meal. The staff are extremely helpful and room sare also cleaned every day with fresh towels. It is a perfect location, we chose to walk most places and these were all within 30 minutes (colosseum was furthest) st Peter's 20 minutes. Lots of restaurants and cafes close by and shops for souvenirs.

Luxurious room in a great location.

Pros: The hotel is perfectly located for all the sites in Rome. It is very close to Piazza Navona. The room was really well decorated and felt luxurious.

Cons: The prices in the roof top bar were very expensive.

Pros: Breakfast was excellent- lots of choice. Waiter remembered coffee order every morning.

Cons: TV channels

Pros: Lovely decor, good value and delicious food in the restaurant, comfortable bed.

Cons: No tea making facilities in room and jacuzzi bath not working

Lovely stay!

Pros: Central location, easy to walk to most places you want to visit in rome.

Cons: The only thing was there were no tea and coffee facilities.

Would stay there again.

Pros: Having a taxi rank right outside was extremely convenient. It is next to Piazza Novona which has fantastic restaurants in the vicinity and the sights are all in walking distance. The shower was excellent. The decor was great in the room and throughout. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. They dealt with an issue straight away. Great view from the rooftop restaurant.

Cons: The only thing that let the restaurant down to some degree was the layout. If only one person was filling a glass with juice, no one else could reach the other juice or plates. Four mornings for breakfast there was either no hot food or it had gone cold. The cappuccino was very good. There was a sewer smell in the lobby which (we think) was coming from beneath the lift shaft. It was not present, but smelt worse in hotter weather elsewhere.

Little bit quirky - would be happy to stay again.

Pros: Decor a bit quirky. Comfortable, quiet. Decent sized bathroom. Handy for some sights. Close to the river. Jazz Cafe across the road. Rooftop terrace/breakfast room. Good pastries. Excellent cappuccino at breakfast. Water in fridge.

Cons: Think there is a well in small courtyard by reception. A bit drainy smell in public areas. Door closed quite early - have to use entry code. Door easy to miss if you arrive after dark.

Pros: Location..First didn’t liked the room but when i told them they changed to me ..

Cons: There is no phone in room,no shampoo ,conditioner and body wash no toothpaste…..in bathroom..no fridge,,,,

Excellent Hotel & Service

Pros: Our second time here. As usual staff are great. Hotel is in one of the best places in Rome to get around. Hotel decor is great. Overall really pleased again

Cons: WiFi not that great

The staff are outstanding, nothing was too much trouble.

Pros: Location was perfect and breakfast was good with lots of choices. Loved the view from the rooftop restaurant.
