Navona Theatre Hotel

Pros: The room was clean and the breakfast sufficient. What blew us away (and we only realized it after we started roaming the streets of Rome) is the location! We didn't even have to use public transport - everything was reachable on foot. All in all, a superb experience.

Good location, very simple

Pros: The location is very close to Pizza Navona but still quiet. Very clean. The bathroom is large and comfortable (but without any ventilation). The service is courteous and efficient.

Cons: There is no closet or even drawers in the room, the breakfast is nothing to admire. The view from the window is to near wall opposite

Pros: The front desk were excellent and extremely friendly They made us feel at home and especially with 2 excited kids, they made them feel very welcomed

Cons: The front desk staff who was on shift on Sunday 21st December did ask the kids to keep our voices down. Apparently there were guests checking out but the kids were playing in the lobby while we were trying to get our stroller and bags from our room. Of course, we have been telling the kids to keep their volume down but it just left a bitter taste to an otherwise excellent holiday in Rome.

Pros: Great location, really friendly staff and nice clean quiet rooms.

Cons: For me ( I have chronic arthritis) the bed was too hard… other than that, everything was great

Pros: It was a good compromise of comfort, cost, and location. Very central, pretty quiet, pretty comfortably, and affordable given those factors. Staff were lovely and helpful. And the housekeeping was excellent.

Pros: Room size and luggage space to open an least 2 suitcases at the same time. Well located powerpoints although bit too close to light stitches. Normal clothes hangers provided, not the ones that can't be moved around. Nice front desk staff, particularly the girl who opened the desk early so we could check out normally. Bath robes and slippers provided which is more than expected.

Cons: Rough toilet paper. It's easy to forget the small step in the room and trip. Bed side lights were cool white when warm white light bulbs would make the lighting much less harsh. Would like a couple more hooks in the bathroom. Minor point but I found the white and grey aesthetic in the room a bit clinical but others may like it. Note that the entry is in a small lane, taxis stop about 20m from the front of what looks like a dark abandoned alley at night but it's actually fine. Breakfast options a bit dull, lots of sweet pastries, okay once or twice but probably get bored with it quickly.

Great room, perfect location

Pros: Great room in an old amphitheatre. Marco was great and kind.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at the Navona Theatre Hotel. The room was spotless: extremely clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout our visit. The location couldn’t be better, just steps away from Piazza Navona and within easy walking distance to many of Rome’s main attractions. What truly made our experience special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed, from recommendations to arranging small details that made our stay perfect. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Rome who values cleanliness, a great location, and exceptional hospitality.
