Excellent value for money, will stay here again the next time
Pros: Great value for price. Our stay cost half the price of properties nearby. This is labeled as 2 star hotel, which in effect means just that the reception is not 24/7 but 6-22, so no problem at all. The room was actually nicer than shown in photos, the bathroom was newly refurbished and super nice and clean. The receptionist was also super nice. Location is hard to beat. At the same time, our room had courtyard window, so not much to ses, but super quiet, despite being on one of the busiest streets in the city. There’s also a taxi stand right in front of the hotel, which is fantastic.
Cons: The A/C+heating unit in the room took quite a bit of time to heat up the room (December). The ceramic floor remained super cold throughout our stay. They do provide slippers that help a lot. But maybe a piece of carpet or a rug would help a lot.

Great stay at great location.
Pros: The location is excellent. Lot of the attractions and sights are within walking distance. There is also large number of places to eat within couple hundred metres of the hotel.
Cons: Instructions for finding the reception could have been better.

Gem of a Hotel in centre of Rome
Pros: Lovely hotel in a fantastic location which meant it was within walking distance to a lot of the famous sites. Located in a small square with shops and restaurants near by. Taxi rank outside front door so very useful for transfers to and from the airport. Hotel is on the first floor so you can gain access by stairs/elevator. Hosts were very friendly and offered advice on where to go and where to eat. Breakfast served in morning from 8am to 10am, very basic with fruit, bread and croissants but was a perfect start to a busy day. Would def stay here again due to its great location and value for money.

Center of the Rome
Pros: Everything was fine. The location is absolutely amazing, everything was 10-15 min away walking distance. The hotel room was very clean and they cleared it every day. The reception team is very kind and helpful. Totally recommend this place.

Unlike a previous visit to Rome, this time I felt my choice of hotel was exactly right.
Pros: The location was excellent, even better as I found my way locally than I first realised. Hotel Primavera is a modest hotel that delivers to a high degree what it offers. I had technical difficulties because (i) I needed to be able to charge my phone and use my sleep apnea machine at the same time and (ii) my phone charger was worn. Reception resolved both issues eagerly and with charm.
Cons: This hotel does exactly what it says, very well. it does not attempt to go beyond that.

The perfect cental base to explore Rome
Pros: The location is great, you can walk to all touristy places easily. I'd say, if you're a fit walker, you could get away without using a bus at all (although I'd get those 24h/48h or larger bus passes and visit more distant museums such as MuCiv, which is a good 45min south by a bus). The hotel is located in one of those mansion buildings, featuring 5-metre ceilings, 4-metre doors, marble staircases (heck, my shower even had a marble step), and a porter/guard on the ground level. The hotel kindly parked my luggage on the checkout day, so I squeezed another couple of hours exploring the city before the flight. The staff is super friendly and nice.
Cons: For this price segment, it's an unbeatable value. It is a two-star hotel. You could easily pay double or triple and get more amenities in a higher star hotel (balconies, rooftop pools, etc), but at the end of the day, all the fun is outside, the city to explore. I can't find any faults with this hotel.

Perfect location
Pros: Location is perfect, walking distance from every attraction and all the stores and restaurants. Taxis park right in front also so having to get to the airport or other destination means you literally wait outside the front. Daniele also is very welcoming and have great hints and tips about the area. Would definitely stay again if I ever came back to Rome
Cons: Rooms can be quite noisy with people entering and leaving their rooms through the hallways
