Pros: Loved it. Great location on a beautiful little backstreet

Cons: Can't fault it! Especially for the price

A very pleasant and comfortable week in the heart of Rome!

Pros: A great location within walking distance from all major sights. Although situated in the heart of the historical center, it was very quiet. The rooms are brand new and spacious, well equipped and very clean. The people at the reception desk were very polite and accommodating.

Pros: Very new clean and comfortable room, perfect location to visit the Rome city centre. I had the room in the court yard, separate from the hotel. Quite and pretty, breakfast wasn't included in my booking. Good value for money.

Pros: Perfect location, it doesn’t get better than this. Tucked away on a narrow street right in the heart of Rome, yet surprisingly quiet. The room was very clean and easy to keep warm, which made our stay especially comfortable. There was a shared courtyard right outside the door that we enjoyed using.

Pros: Central location, cleanliness, helpful staff, good breakfast, safe. Great choice for our stay in Rome.

Cons: Our room was in the ground floor and there was only one window, so it was a bit stuffy sometimes.

Pros: Great location, walking distance to all major attractions, restaurants shops etc. Large clean comfortable room with basics such as fridge kettle and toiletries .

Cons: It was a little confusing on arrival- the name on the front of hotel is Navona Essence but name on booking com is Essence collection hotel. . After a day out, I went to the hotel reception, but the receptionist was on the phone and didn’t acknowledge me. After waiting around 5–10 minutes with no indication of when she’d be available, I left without my inquiry being addressed. A simple acknowledgment would have made a difference.

Right next to Campo dei Fiori

Pros: The room was extremely clean and had a daily cleaning service (added bonus, the fresh towels every day). It is also located very close to piazza Navona and other major attractions which is an advantage. The room was also spacious.

Cons: The room is on the ground floor which is not mentioned in the booking nor on the options for the rooms when you try to book a room. Although that may not be a problem for others, we would have booked something else if this was mentioned earlier (we asked if there was another room on a floor we could have instead but the receptionist told us there was no vacancy). The room was humid, you could actually feel the bed surface damp to the touch. In addition to this, the bathroom had a musty odour. The air conditioning had an issue as well. Thankfully, each time we mentioned it to the reception desk, a very kind technician came and regulate it but the unit seemed to deregulate on each own every once in a while, leading us having to sleep in a cold room on our second night there(this, combined with the humidity in the room, was not a pleasant experience).

Just perfect

Pros: Amazing location, 15 minutes walk one way to Vatican, 15 minutes the other way to the start of the Forum, 5 minutes to Piazza Novana, a few minutes more to Pantheon, 15 minutes to Trevi and again, a few minutes more to Spanish steps.... exceptional. Hotel was also a few yards from the market square where the stalls were on every day and the choice of restaurants must have been a dozen or so, plus shops, supermarkets etc all around. Trevestere was absolutely stunning, 5 minutes to the bridge where people gathered for sunset over St Peters done, then watched street performers on the steps across the road, the restaurants around the romantic streets all lit up at night were beautiful. Reception at the hotel always seemed to be open, our bed was made every day! Lovely friendly staff all.around, our room was on the ground level of the courtyard and was modern and spacious, aircon/heating, tv, large bed, fridge, great facilities!

Cons: I'd be picking and, I really don't want to! We had a wonderful week.

Pros: Amazing location, super clean & had what we needed :) would definitely recommend.
