Hotel Damaso

Pros: Very comfortable and clean room. Nice lobby, bar and wonderful rooftop. Ideally located in the old city, close to all major sights. Really friendly and efficient staff (we had an issue with a light at night but a solution was directly provided). Nice breakfast.

Cons: Nothing apart from the fact that, situated close to a main road, if you sleep with the windows open at night, it can be quite noisy (but well isolated when windows are closed).

Recommend it.

Pros: The location is perfect, and the staff very kind. Good breakfast. Close to Vaticano.

Roman Holiday Gem

Pros: Well located hotel, spotlessly clean, extremely engaging and helpful staff. Highly recommended.

Cons: Nothing - all aspects were excellent

Pros: Lovely Hotel in a great location of Rome. Walkable to most attractions. Rooms were immaculate with plenty storage and breakfast had everything you could ask for. Plenty bars,restaurants close by. Staff very helpful and friendly. We were here for a Rugby International weekend. Would definitely return.

Cons: Nothing.

Because of the location it is a perfect choice for tourist, we spent a lovely two days there.

Pros: Location was perfect. The view of the rooftop is also spectacular.

Cons: Noisy - the walls are too thin, you can easily hear your neighbours or noises from outside. The cleaning lady took our welcome drink coupon.

Pros: Location, breakfast, feeling of fanciness even while being technically 3 stars.

Cons: The breakfast was too good so I didn't get to eat as much in the city. In floor 5 the water pressure was weak which is a shame.

Enjoyable stay during a short trip to Rome

Pros: Lovely staff both at the reception as during the breakfast. We were a last minute booking and they were kind enough to adjust to meet our small requests given it was the first time visiting the country for my relative who travelled with me. We got what we requested and that was pleasant. Thank you for that! Our room had a balcony facing the entrance of one of the city museums on one of the main streets and we could get a grasp of Rome. We could notice some of the street noise, it didn’t disturb our sleep all that much (maybe during a next time we can consider selecting a room facing the other side of building towards Campo de’Fiori for a change). The hotel is located at a walking distance to many attractions. There were bus stops and taxis almost at the door step which was super convenient.

Cons: Everything was nice! But if I had to point out anything, is that one could see that there was some renovation done recently to the bathroom walls that could be perfected further when time allows.

Great and comfortable stay in central Rome

Pros: Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location so central and with excellent artisan neighbourhoods nearby. Breakfast was excellent and rooms lovely.

Ci torno!

Pros: very well positioned, very clean and well decorated, no excesses

Cons: Rooms are too small if you have a lot of luggage. I was comfortable because alone in a triple room; room was too cold, they said it was the law (!) but managed to bring it up. Hangers that cannot be removed from the rod are incredibly uncomfortable and incompatible with the quality of the structure.

Perfect place to stay in Roma

Pros: Location, cleanliness, staff… everyone was lovely, at reception and at the bar during breakfast. The location is wonderful, the rooms are very clean and ours had plenty of natural light. Every time we come to Roma we stay in the same area, Navona - Pantheon, this was the 1st time at Damaso and we will be back!
